Facility great, staff great, bathroom could be tidy better

Historical place amazing new features. Great space and fun to enjoy.

Online scheduling is off. Coming from the other side off the city just to hear “we don’t have that today “.

Pretty on the outside. Nice and friendly NORD staff. However, the staff representing JobOne were the worst; ignorant and disrespectful. It was embarrassing for me to experience with my impressionable young family members.

Unfortunately I visited the center after storm Ida. However, tube people were friendly, helpful. There were charging stations, free food, and a clean area tipp cool off. Than you Rosenwald Hurricane staff for your kindness and patience during a very stressful and trying time.

Davids' line dancing class is totally AWESOME. It's my best cardio/aerobic workout. We can easily do 10k steps in a day. There, all ages 18-80 can learn dances that can be used at any and every social event. We proudly display what he has taught us. People look at us in awe ! They ask, where did you learn to do those dances? We say, David, NORDS classes. We REALLY laugh and sweat to all genres of music. If we were afforded these classes 5 days a week, we would definitely improve our fitness level, physic, stress level, health and mental awareness. David has a fantastic attitude. He assures and encourages EVERYONE to participate. Thank you NORD. I am truly feeling better mentally and physically.

I enjoyed myself here. .. I was extremely grateful for the receptionist help. .. I wish she was there the whole day. I had a question for her, but when I went back the desk was closed. I didn't visit the bathroom so I can't share if it was clean or not. ..
