Attended The Brown Sugar Nutcracker and the facility was nice. Mid size theater with stadium seating. I feel like every seat has a good view. The sound and lighting were great as well! I will definitely revisit the DJD Theater! The Brown Sugar Nutcracker was awesome as well!! Affordable parking across the street if you’re not able to get street parking!

Ushered for a piano concert and what a fabulous experience. Beautiful theater with fantastic acoustics. Every seat a good seat. Friendly helpful staff. Organized, beautifully maintained. Parking can be a challenge due to BJCC events. Friendly ticket prices. Oh and talent booked you don't see elsewhere. Definitely not the same old thing. 💕

The facility was great. My first time going to see the performance of Journey to Africa and to watch my Gbaby in the performance. The theater was nice and roomy and clean. Definitely will go back for another show.
The employees are very polite and helpful. The theatre is easy to get to and very clean and comfortable. The performance by the Alabama Ballet Company was wonderful!
The theater is great for medium to large performances. The lighting, sound, and costumes of the ASFA dance students were amazing! I even caught a few cute selfies because the lighting gave a very "Belly" feel.
