Prestige Limousine Service

I rented a Limo from Prestige for my wife's 75th birthday. She and a close friend were driven to day spa for lunch, a facial, manicure, and pedicure. Then the driver returned my wife and friend home so they could put on make up and dress for dinner. The driver's name is Guy and he did a fabulous job. My wife and friend were surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism from Prestige Limosine Service.

Bobby was prompt and perfectly timed, helpful, courteous, keep us safe, picked us up exactly where he indicated. There is no other way i could have transported 8 people with any less stress.
This was the best decision i could have made to transport my family to the Iron Bowl , from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa and back to Birmingham home afterward. This will be a new tradition when all of them are here.

We are in a construction phase where we lose parking and Prestige has been so pleasant to work with during the last few months. We have used the 28-passenger bus and one of the Sprinter vans as a shuttle service to move people back and forth. Their drivers have been a delight, and their office staff have been so patient and helpful with the changes that we may need from week to week. Highly recommend them!

Our experience with Prestige was really good. They were extremely flexible and happily accommodated several timing changes that we requested. Every time that I called them, they were friendly and very professional, even though we were probably a pain to deal with. We reserved a Sprinter van for a business group tailgating and attending a Bama game. We were staying out on Lake Tuscaloosa, so it was a solid 40 minute trip each way. Our driver, Bonnie, was friendly, funny, and got us where we needed. She arrived right on time to pick us up and was easy to communicate with after the game for pick-up. The traffic situation was a nightmare after the game and she went way above and beyond navigating it to pick up some of our group that got separated from us after the game. I highly recommend this service and we will definitely use them again next time.
