College Point Municipal Parking Field

Good city owned parking lot. Clean, sizeable amount of spaces but, please BEWARE that people cut through here from both directions to beat the traffic light at the corner of 14th Avenue @ College Point Boulevard. I witnessed four near accidents between vehicles and pedestrians within an hour time frame here! People speed through and exit through the one way - entrance only and the other way to avoid the intersection light. This parking lot borders College Point Park which has basketball courts, handball courts and a pinic area. Very concerning for the safety of your vehicle, people walking and children at play that may be enjoying the local park.
