I just had the pleasure to rent a unit at La Morada with the best leasing agent on the premises Krystine Mata, she was amazing, she guide me through all the steps and treated me like a member of her family, I really love her and the work she did for me

I am getting a bill from this place that I have never lived in! What they are doing is illegal! I have called and my daughter has as well and no one returns calls! Now they want to put illegal collections on my name for what? This is shady stuff going on in this office!

I had the most amazing experience at La Morada! Kristan my leasing agent was so kind and worked so quickly to get me into my new apartment! The apartment is beautifully and updated even better than the model that was shown to me! It was a wonderful experience!

Worst experience for any kind of services ever! Starting with the admission process, with blame put on the third party in charge of a sloppy process, with a platform that is always acting up, needing to open tickets. An excruciating waste of time with a leasing agent that seems to have no motivation. They made me get insurance, pay for internet, later losing the installation kit which I have proof to have been sent and that I forwarded them to try to retrieve it. And, as I´m reading below, one more hoping to get a check for the admission fee they claim to give back, but only by check and taking a month or even more!

I applied for an apartment in this condo more than 3 months ago. We paid the application process fee and the admin fee (admin fee $325). Diana said she reviewed my documents and they were not complete so she didn’t continue with the application and she didn’t send the documents to the company in charge of review them.
Even when they didn’t process the documents for a review, they said they won’t return that money back, only the administration fee.
We just didn’t want to make a big deal of it and we accepted it.
Then Diana Santamaría told me they will send the admin fee back to me and after 3 months I haven’t received the $325usd back. In the beginning they did not want to answer, they avoid my calls, so I went to the condo and they said the address was missing a number (If I hadn't gone, they wouldn't have told me that). I sent the address again and now, more than a month after I still waiting for the check with my money. Money that belongs to me.
And this is talking only about the money they don’t want to return. Now, the attitude, professionalism and ethics about Diana Santamaría is terrible. She doesn’t know how to provide a good customer service, she doesn’t know how to express in a kindly manner.
I would never recommend this place. If they are like this with people who wants to live there I can not imagine how they are with the currently residents.

I have had a great experience here. Since day one the office staff, Sebastian and Diana have done everything for and my family. I moved in September short notice and they worked overtime for me to be able to move in. Sure there are areas that every community has but I am giving 5 stars just because I love living here. Everyone at the office is great and maintenance has always been good to me. No complaints here, just saying thank you
