I had a “shy bladder” and couldn’t pee enough to test so they allowed me to drink some water and wait. While waiting I got to jam out to the music they were playing. Everyone was friendly and professional. Like other reviews, my sample was sniffed and was said to be odorless, but it wasn’t given as an accusation. Part of the drug screen process is to record how the sample looks and smells and they include these observations for the lab that they send the samples to. Even with having to drink water, I was in and out in less than an hour.

This place is AWFUL. I’d give zero stars if I could. They’re insanely rude, lie about your sample, and simply don’t care to even be there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!

I called return to duty and get vm that says they will call back in the order in which they receive. I left eight to twelve different messages and never got a call back

I Don't use any substances. Years ago I was told my sample could not be accepted because it was not bubbly enough. And was marked as a refusal when I could not urinate directly after giving a sample. And was given no time to drink water or retest. Went in the following day, paid for a witnessed test myself and passed it but still had to go through a program to re-enter the miccs program ($600+). It just happened again, this time my urine "didn't have enough temperature." (96°) and was told without immediate retest it was the same as a refusal and I needed to leave. I consented to a search of my person as to verify I was not using a device, but could not urinate again as I had just gone. I was refused water and time to retest, and told to leave. All staff was utterly rude and unprofessional. I was told I had to be escorted out, and that I had to sign a refusal form before they would escort me. This place should be investigated. I believe some of the employees are prejudice. I wonder if they just get a kick out of holding people up, or if the company gets kick backs by sending people through the programs by holding their jobs hostage.

They need to just shut this place down. I had a couple friends that just recently had bad experiences here and I have had two bad experiences going there over the years. I don't go there anymore and I have no problems. I recommend people going pretty much anywhere else to get a drug test.

Let's just be straight. They do this day in and day out, they know what's real and fake. So don't get upset when called out.The good old monkey whizz does not work. Might as well figure that out before going.

The most horrible facility I have ever been too. Some of the other reviews have also mentioned this, but upon collection of my urine she smelled it and proceeded to say she didn’t think it was real. I had to return a different day and lost a job opportunity over this. Furthermore, the woman (Melinda Welch) was so rude to me and I have never been more humiliated and disgusted by a drug test. I am planning on contacting DISA customer support to complain about the EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior and collection “process” as it seems rather subjective upon who is collecting your sample and I encourage everyone else with negative experiences here to do the same. We should NOT be losing money over other people’s unprofessionalism and biases.
