One of the worst hotels I tried, we paid three million per night but all the services were awful. I suggest not to try it at all. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, awful food
This hotel is recommendable. The flats are large and well furnished. The breakfast is perfect. There is a café and several boutiques in the hotel. A hairdresser is also available. There is a palm garden behind the hotel. A bazaar and the Persian Gulf are a few minutes away.
So sorry for a 5stars hotel to have these shameful staffs
Specially restaurant staffs, which exactly in minute 5 of my lunch with full mouth she gave me the receipt!!! Which i didn't ask for it and she said you have to pay i Immediately then eat the rest!And was insisting in her bad action and even didn’t apologize.
Also the food was in a low quality, i hope they can hire good staffs

Not a 5 star hotel at all, rather 2 stars!
The hotel needs overall repair and maintenance. Need to complain for fresh bed linen (!). The staff must be considerably trained to achieve a 5 star level.
For sure, next time we will choose another hotel in Bandar Abbas with better price / performance ratio.

Lovely and attentive staff , three restaurants are available within hotel one of which is traditional and the other located in garden serves fast food mostly.
The hotel structure and amenities built well , a big gardens on the back of hotel facing the sea, there are pool, a sauna etc but informatively out of service for quite some times and there is no gymnasium within hotel .
Rooms , wash basin , shower , tiles , doors , minibar , etc are not up to 5* standard hotels and most need renovation . there is not even kettle, tea coffee in the rooms.
Internet connection is fairly acceptable , food in all restaurant are cooked nice and delicious but fairly expensive, i propose sea food at main restaurant.

We checked in late and only for one night BUT I would never stay again. The room was quite clean but very outdated, old, the bathroom was in horrible conditions. Receptionist not willing to answer any questions and we even had to give finger prints without any explanation. I cannot review other hotel facilities but the room was two-star level. I have stayed in better 3-star hotels in Iran.
