I am the building Superintendent at one of Hudson Property Management's buildings in Hudson County. Prior to Hudson taking over the building we had a Management Company that was completely absent. You could never get a hold of them and when you did, it was a voicemail. Hudson uses a portal that residents, vendors and myself communicate on; you get real time responses. I work directly with one of the field supervisor's, his name is John. Whenever there is an emergency or something I can't answer, he always picks up his phone. HPM has managed our 14 unit condo building since 2018. They are responsive and effective in dealing with issues as they are raised. They provide timely financials for the building as well as for each unit owner. They have good relationships with a wide variety of local contractors, who can be used when repairs or unscheduled maintenance work is needed.
