Very disappointed with customer support and telehealth services. I needed to perform a RT-LAMP on Dec 25, double-checked with customer support in advance via online chat as well as by calling, and was told that the telehealth platform will be running on Dec 25. Guess what, I couldn't connect to telehealth on Dec 25, because Switch Health announced on their website that telehealth and customer service are closed on Dec 25!! I need my refund, what a waste of time!!

This review is long overdue... But I had to share this with everything. I've had one of the most unpleasant experiences dealing with this organizations. Earlier this year, when I travelled to the U.S. I bought their covid kit... The day before flying back home, I followed the protocol and contacted company's rep to complete the test... The staff was unexperienced and provided unclear instructions, as the result the test was invalid... I had a flight early in the morning the following day. I contacted the customer service, but they couldn't assist, neither did they reimburse me the money... It felt like talking with the wall...they were following a script and some of the answers were completely irrelevant. As I result I had to look for clinic that would do an urgent C19 test, which costed me another $300 USD... Regulator or someone else should really look into this firm and see how they were able to obtain the license.

The staff at the centre are courteous. But that's it. The buck stops here. They are tremendously slow in their results. I lost a flight because of their delayed results inspite of them telling me that the results would be available in 24 hours. This was in December 2021. Had to give a test for my daughter at the same centre again now and its been more than a day and haven't received the results yet and its a close call to my flight already. The customer care doesn't help in any way and keep repeating the same that I would receive the results in 24 hours or the next day. They are absolutely useless. It was just a waste of time trying to get to them. They are of zero help. Wonder why they even have a customer care. Would never recommend switch health and this centre for covid testing for anyone travelling abroad.

Took two days to get my PCR results back after being randomly selected at the airport. I had a connecting flight from Pearson seven hours after getting the test, and now I am stuck abroad because the test was positive. Had their results been faster I wouldn't have gotten on that flight. Even worse, I called Switch about the situation and they refused to expedite the test. If I infected someone on that flight it's Switch Health's fault!

Do NOT buy from here. My package came incomplete and they only gave half a refund...... what kind of company gives only half a refund when they know they were at fault for providing a product that did not satisfy the product's description in full?
In this industry, it is crucial to make sure all the inventory in the kit is accounted for especially when your clients have a flight later that day. It is time-sensitive and needs to be very particular. Your customers are supposed to have trust in you and your product. If your product does not live up to its expectations, you should take ownership and try to rectify it.
At the end of the day, I wasn't able to use the kit. Due to time sensitivity of my flight, I had to spend additional money to look elsewhere for another kit. I ended up having a very stressful day scrambling around and had to pay an additional $100 at the airport to complete a test.
Both customer service and management were horrible. They pretended to listen and it sounded like they were just reading off a script. Spent a couple hours on hold and arguing with the rep and her manager who did not show any sympathy. The only helpful people were the nurses, who were fantastic.

The test kit and instructions were fine. I gave it 1 star cause of how long it took to connect to someone. Not how I wanted to spend the last night of my holiday, waiting 5hrs to be connected to someone when it says wait times are 5-35 minutes. Ruined the last night we had on holiday, at that rate I would have preferred to just spend the money at the resort. Won’t be purchasing again.
