Terrible experience every time I go. Receptionist doesn't know how to talk to patients. No Phone pickup service.. you have to go to the clinic to book an appointment and come back after 3-4 hours to see the doctor.

one of the worst services.. never pickup the phone, no matter how many times you dial and what time.. I tried morning, afternoon, evening.. same thing. I won't recommend to go here.

Everytime I come to this clinic , I have to wait more than 2 hrs even after booking appointment. Worst place . 0 star for this clinic

Worst experience. Waiting time in hours. Sometime needs to wait like 3-5 hours. I strongly not recommend this place. I get done my reports from this place, for major issues, and it takes 2 weeks to get my results.

Worst clinic ever. Staff is really bad they don’t know how to treat patients and it is not 1 or 2 times . Every time they make mistakes. Book an appointment next day of visit instead of a week after.
If Dr is not coming they never inform.
Even after booking an appointment we have to wait 2-3 hrs like walking patients.
Never ever go there.

I was referred to Dr. Memon by my family doctor (I don't live in the area and my family doctor isn't nearby). Dr. Memon is a pleasure to deal with, but the receptionists are quite rude and have poor communication skills. Maybe it's effective in this area, I'm not sure, but I dread going to this office.

Terrible experience. The receptionist is very rude. I went to see my family doctor. First she told me I need to wait for 2 hours and then I went again she said I asked you to wait for 4 hours. After visiting my doctor I asked her to give me print out of my reports, she said I want cash then I will give you print outs. I said I don't have cash so please email me but she rudely said no. She said i want cash first. She was a terrible person and rude. They don’t know how to treat their patients. And they are always asking money in cash but never accept debit and credit. I will suggest no body should ever visit this clinic. They don’t care about your health. All they want is money. Extremely illiterate and rude people. -1 out of 5 stars for them.
