Really nice staff. Shoes are probably the most comfortable out there! Try them and you you will feel like floating on clouds!
Shoutout to Nicki! She helped me find a pair of sneakers I loved which were comfortable on my wide feet, one which I didn't pick out for myself initially. She was friendly and provided great service. Thank you for making my first Allbirds experience great! I'll be buying more!
Allbirds produces one of the most comfortable shoes in the market with sustainable materials. In my opinion, they are suited for casual runners. Performance runners would be better served by other brands such as ASICS. These shoes however are much better for day-to-day walking as they are lighter.
We were served very well by all the Allbirds staff in this store. Everyone was very helpful and patient, answering all the questions we had as this was our first time purchasing an Allbirds shoe.
I would highly suggest visiting the store if you are uncertain about which shoes would be suitable for you as the staff were very knowledgable and would comment on which shoes suit an individual.

Great shoes comfy and nice designs and colors it comes also with free laces the color of ur choice
The most comfort shoes ever…. Friendly and helpful staffs….. great location.
Great service. Amazing extended returns until January 23rd!! U can wear ur shoes for nearly 3 months before returning if not comfy (which they are!) great customer service. Free laces too!
Great experience from the moment I walked in. Store was hectic and they’re limited on sizes but the staff do their best to accommodate to your needs. Jennifer was great help in helping me find a pair for my narrow feet. Comfy shoes!
