Not professional. Does not care about your time. People who are scheduling appointments for the doctors always book you for some time and then you will have to wait an hour for your turn.

Unprofessional of the doctor to not be there when the clinic opens. The least the receptionist could do is let people in and get them checked in so when the doctor is in he/she can take patients in as soon as possible. They're supposed to be open by 9am, waited in a line outside their clinic until 9:40am and left. I have never been to a clinic run so unprofessionally.

Dr. Yazdani is an unprofessional and a very rude doctor. She does not let the parents talk, she will talk to the patient directly. She made my niece cry only because she is a little overweight for her age. She made my niece so upset that she doesn’t eat, sleep, or even talk to us. Don’t waste your time, do yourself a favour and find another doctor for kids.
Today I had my doctor's appointment at Richvale Medical Centre The receptionist told me to call before I come, I called and they put me on hold for half an hour and no one came back to speak with me. I went to the appointment and the receptionist told me that two patients were before me after one hour I went to the desk to ask why I wasn't called the receptionist said one person was before then haff an hour later there's 2 people in front of me. Dr Kassim you are an excellent doctor get competent staff they are making you look bad.
Care max is my go to place for meds and medical needs .Dr.Sadik ( fam doc )is always supportive and positive .
In my recent appointment the front people have been cooperative and kind to me . I think simran was her name who helped me find an appointment with my schedule .

Do not go to this clinic. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Dr. Anurag Saincher is not only the worst doctor you’ll ever meet but a horrible human being who doesn’t have any sense of how to talk to patients. He was so disrespectful. He asked me why didn’t I go to a family doctor for my concerns. When I told him, I couldn’t find any, then he replied that you might find one in India. He gave me an antibiotic prescription, and when I told him that it hadn’t worked in the past, he tore the prescription right in my face and showed me the door. Who does that??? Also those reviews about being called fat are absolutely right. I wish I had read them before going to this office. I am going to make an official complaint too so that he doesn’t do this to more people.
Came here to get a routine injection that I've gotten here twice before. This time, I had a reaction to it. Dizzy, weak, hot, rash, shivering, itchy, I could hardly breathe and was in a panic. The dr assured me this was a NORMAL reaction. Checked my blood pressure, said it was normal. Asked if I wanted to go to the hospital but said they might not take me.
Went to the hospital, paramedics told me in the ambulance I had a severe allergic reaction. My blood pressure was really low and I was put on fluids and kept overnight. Was recommended by the paramedics to avoid this doctor in the future.

Dr. Adebajo is to be AVOIDED at all costs. My girlfriend had to wait an hour and a half past her appointed time, and was seen by him. We were there to have a return to work form filled out. Dr. Adebajo rudely addressed her and yelled at her, asking why she came here in the first place if she's sick. Then he proceeded to yell at his receptionists for not informing him beforehand.

Terrible experience every time I go. Receptionist doesn't know how to talk to patients. No Phone pickup service.. you have to go to the clinic to book an appointment and come back after 3-4 hours to see the doctor.

Dr. Ade is extremely rude and not interested in helping patients. He is even rude to his own receptionists, barking orders at them. They look like they are scared of him.

I saw Dr Adebajo he was so rude, the medical review was very rushed and he told me to get up and go in the rudest way, all because I didn’t agree with his diagnosis and wanted a second opinion. The reason why I didn’t agree because I have been pumped with medication for months now and my symptoms are still persisting if not, getting worse. And he wanted to give me more medication.
He said he would refer me to a specialist but my appointment was so bad and he was so rude, I asked the receptionist to take me off the registration for this medical centre.

The staff of friendly but can't do their job. I have been waiting 2.5 weeks for my prescription to be filled and when I called got hung up on by the reception. I called back and she said it wasn't her. This place is a joke. If u need a quick fix maybe but not a good quality place at all... Stay away!
My family doctor is awesome! But the clinic needs to hire more professional and friendly staff, a girl named Judy is the worst. I saw her chitchat with one of the newer female doctor name Christine Yu about a patient while the patient is still there. Super unprofessional and no ethics!

It’s a wonderful clinic; Dr. Jan was kind and is probably the most professional doctor I have ever seen. The staff are excellent; the wait time is a bit long.
What a Rude Doctor! Cant even speak decently with his patient over the phone. He started to be nice, but true attitude appeared overtime ( not the nicest doctor ive ever met), i don't recommend him to anyone.
This walk in clinic is wonderful. Receptionist was so kind and understanding, as well as the doctor and pharmacy staff. Everyone in this clinic is very calm and kind, and explain everything to you in detail. will definitely be returning for any future issues! definitely recommend
This clinic is ridiculous. Imagine, your appointment is stated on the exact time and you arrived early until you waited 1-2 hours. Even though you called to met the doctor. You still need to wait more. I dont like this experience. HORRIBLE!
Receptionist showed up late to open the office. Then her first task of the day was to put a sign on the door stating “clinic will open when the doctor is in!” No time specification, did not address any patients who were waiting, just leaving a whole lobby of people angry and without answers. After rapping on the closed clinic door for 5 minutes, she finally answered and said the doctor would be in around 10am, an hour after the clinic opened. Completely disorganized, they do not respect people’s time or the times listed on their Google business people. I suggest avoiding this clinic.

Medical clinic won't reply to phone calls, it's TOO MUCH FRUSTRATING. I have tried calling them 7 times today but no one from reception answers the call. I called the pharmacy, which is inside the same unit, to ask if there is anyone in the clinic reception; the pharmacy lady told me that yes, she can see receptionists in the clinic.

Dr Anurag Saincher, absolutely the worst doctor. He was grumpy and didnt even let me finish my problem. Started accusing me of faking my injuries. No sense empathy of any sort. Wasted my time waiting in queue. Started to make me feel like I had to defend my injuries and then proceeded to call me fat and said its the only reason why I have injuries and nothing else can cause it. How in the world could you be so unprofessional and made me feel like I’m an idiot because I got injured at work. He is unfit to be practicing medicine.
Dr. Yazdani is unprofessional, unorganized, rude, impatient, has no empathy towards her patients. I knew I wasn't mistaken about this when my son said to me after his last visit "Why is she always so angry?"

DR.SHARMA is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. He is condescending and doesn’t care about or listen to what you have to say as a patient. Any other walk in clinic I go to I’ve never had a problem getting multiple things done or having the doctor work with me to get what I need. I recently went away on vacation for the first time and my skin reacted badly to the sun. I asked for a cream to help because the rash is all over my entire body, he gave me

to go see my family doctor for a heat rash! I told him I can do that but not right away can I get something bigger just to help with the discomfort til I can get an appointment he refused to help me. He also gave me the wrong dose and type of ointment on my last visit for my eczema despite me showing him the bottle and never rectified it. Unimpressive service. The "lab" is a closet with a fridge in it which does not allow for any privacy when drawing blood or getting testing done. I was displeased with the nurses' administration of a shot as they were rough, took a long time and seemed like they were just obviously struggling, and they hurt me too. I did not feel comfortable getting work done there at all. Additionally, they supposedly open at 9 am, but after an hour and a half wait, the doctor finally showed up to the clinic. It was just unprofessional. I can understand that not every walk in clinic is going to be perfect, but at least try to do better, friends.
They call it walk In but when you get there it's just a disappointment of being sent off saying "we don't take walk ins".
I had a good experience at this clinic with Dr. Anurag, not sure why he has so many bad reviews. They let you know how long the wait time is so you can come back later instead of wasting your time.
Would like to thank a professional service provider specifically when you are new and don’t have a family doctor. The entire staff is so soft and welcoming and waiting time is less and all the docs are so professional and hear you out! Thank you for taking care of us!

Dr. Poitier is very thorough and knowledgeable, and has an excellent, easy going 'bedside manner.' In short, he's the best family doctor I've ever had.
Worse clinic with some good doctors. Staffs at the reception absolutely do not know to be friendly, communicate, manage patients and their appointments. If you are here for your appointment, expect a wait time of 3-4 hour, there’s absolutely no difference between walk-in and appointment. What’s funny is - this is a daily scene. Btw, Doctors who work here are skilled, experienced and really top notch! I can understand why people still “wait” here frustrated. Doctors and clinic must stop overbooking patients and show equal importance to the time a patient spend waiting.

Everytime I come to this clinic , I have to wait more than 2 hrs even after booking appointment. Worst place . 0 star for this clinic
Oh god! I never seen such a disgusting clinic they took first those patients who needs doctors note through which they earn extra cash money. One more thing even the recipients forgot to put me in a list. Seriously you will have to write like come here for doctor note not for a serious medical issue 😐😐..
The staff and doctors are very friendly. They patiently deal with the patients. When I visited this clinic, they explained everything in the easiest way. That was helpful for me.
Reception staff is very polite efficient and cooperative. Rarity in most of the clinics these days. Another plus point walk in open 7 days a week. Doctors are excellent, cooperative. Best medical experience in recent memory for me.
Worst experience. Waiting time in hours. Sometime needs to wait like 3-5 hours. I strongly not recommend this place. I get done my reports from this place, for major issues, and it takes 2 weeks to get my results.
Final straw broken! This clinic is terrible. If you have an appointment with your doctor expect to wait 1 to 2 hours after your appointment time. If you come in for a walk in, you are better off staying home a treating yourself. I haven't seen my family doctor in 2 years. Every time I go for an appointment they run so late I leave. Avoid this place like the plague.
This place was good 10 years ago but not now. If you have an appointment expect to wait 45 minutes to 1.5 hours after your appointment time. If you need to see your family doctor expect an appointment in about 2 months. When you do finally show up you'll be waiting and hour or more.

Although Dr. Kassim is a wonderful doctor, but getting to see him is incredibly difficult. If you're booked for a certain time, you might as well book off an entire day from work, before you actually see him. I recently had a 1pm appointment with him, booked weeks in advance, and I didn't see him until over 2 hours later. He double books patients, takes walk-ins before you, and meanwhile, we have to schedule time off work - he has zero consideration or respect for our time. I can understand if things run 15 or even 30 minutes late, but him running over 2 hours late is beyond acceptable. There is no other business where this would be accepted. He needs to stop focusing on squeezing as many patients in, making as much money as he possibly can. Also, he needs to set an example by wearing a mask in the office. COVID is still very much around. I wish there were more doctors in Brampton, so I could drop him as my family doctor.

The receptionist is so rude. dr minhas rushed through the blood report and gave prescription and when I followed up on it she talked to me so rudely. The folks at this clinic should take some lesson on how to talk to people.
Came in for 9:30 when they open and was told that the doctor doesn’t come in until 11:00/11:30. So I thought I’d wait and ask the receptionist but then I was told she doesn’t come in until 10/10:30.

We were at the clinic today for the first time. I called in to book an appointment and I had to wait almost 40 mins after the appointment because they said doctor is running late. Then, I met Dr. Farah Vayani- very arrogant and she has an attitude. She wasn’t listening properly and didn’t treat us well. She is very unkind.

I was referred to Dr. Memon by my family doctor (I don't live in the area and my family doctor isn't nearby). Dr. Memon is a pleasure to deal with, but the receptionists are quite rude and have poor communication skills. Maybe it's effective in this area, I'm not sure, but I dread going to this office.
Dr Hung is our family doctor since we moved to Canada and I always say how blessed we are for finding her! She cares about their patients , she goes above and beyond and I never feel rushed when we have appointments with her. she takes care of all of our family with love and competency.

I've been with the clinic for 5 years. My family doctor is Dr. Barbouti, and he’s fantastic and careful. The staffs are so polite and helpful as well. Just the waiting time is too long.

Terrible experience. The receptionist is very rude. I went to see my family doctor. First she told me I need to wait for 2 hours and then I went again she said I asked you to wait for 4 hours. After visiting my doctor I asked her to give me print out of my reports, she said I want cash then I will give you print outs. I said I don't have cash so please email me but she rudely said no. She said i want cash first. She was a terrible person and rude. They don’t know how to treat their patients. And they are always asking money in cash but never accept debit and credit. I will suggest no body should ever visit this clinic. They don’t care about your health. All they want is money. Extremely illiterate and rude people. -1 out of 5 stars for them.
Too bad there is no place for less than zero. Make sure you go there with your bed set or mattress because you would be there for hours. Prepare your mind , body and soul against frustration and flaring up because you would definitely be tempted to flare up. The frontline lady on hijab seems to be the only beautiful soul there. The doctors are not even any better.
Dr. Lin is a great doctor and the staff are friendly. Very happy with the service and the consideration taken by Dr Lin and this clinic.

I do not know Dr. Lin's schedule on when he will be at Kingsway or Marpole and I am accessible to both locations, especially if I want an earlier appmt. Would be better if I could select him and then select location so not need to click back and forth to find the earliest appmt with the current set up.

Worst experience here. The owner, Dr Dai doesn’t care about his patients at all. Told him that my health concerns but he doesn’t care, always say no need for any check up. So glad I went somewhere else and got my check up done before it became a big deal.

Dr. Faizah Ilyas was rude, condescending, careless and unprofessional. she failed to listen to the my concerns and address symptoms regarding my medical condition and feeling unwell. She refused to review old blood work, order new blood work or other diagnostic testing, send referrals, or address symptoms, and did not explain why. Finally, she stated she could not do anything for the me, and hung up on. Horrible doctor!
I’ve been to this clinic 3 times before, and I’ve been satisfied with every visit! The receptionist is kind, while the doctor takes time to listen to your issue. It’s the best clinic I’ve ever visited!
I called and got an appointment instead of just going into the clinic as an unannounced walk-in. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time but still had to wait 50 minutes until seeing the doctor.

I feel so lucky to be able to have my family doctor , Dr Javad Ramezani in Mango clinic! Dr Ramezani is super responsive with all my health concerns and conditions, he’s always on track, and always follow up with me! When I need referral or any help with my medication he’s on it! There is no wait! I also find Dr Ramezani very knowledgeable with new medicines and always does his best to work with his patients ! I feel so blessed to be able to have proper health, medical care finally!

I don’t understand these bad reviews, because we had a great experience with Dr.yazdani, she is very knowledgeable and all her advices worked for our newborn baby, I like her attitude because she is not fake , so if your real concern is your newborn health not getting fake attention towards yourself and your baby then she is the one for you .

Dr.Yazdani is the most unqualified paediatrician I’ve ever seen. She is rude, inpatient, and unprofessional. She is extremely negative and is incapable of making any connections with kids.I truly believe she is in the wrong business and doubt her degrees/qualifications. DO not waste your time to pay a visit . By the way, almost forgot to say staff are unfriendly as well!!
Always able to get appointment fast when i call for one. Dr. Poitier has been my doctor since 2018 and has always been helpful and willing to make referrals to specialists when needed.
I had very pleasant experience with this clinic. Front desk receptionist boy is so helpful and friendly. He always help me to get the appointment on my preferred time. Doctors are also really good. Very short wait time.
Very Bad- My family is registered (as Family Doctor) with this clinic from past 7 years. THEY ARE MY FAMILY DOCTORS Yesterday, I called them (Derry Village) more than 10 times, no one picked up the phone, my 7 year old son was sick, had difficulty in eating, sleeping and breathing. When I checked that clinic is open, I took him to the clinic at 4.30PM. Receptionist(do not want to mention the name) was so rude, said no one can see him. There were 3 doctors available in the clinic, I requested her, but she did not allow and behaved very rude. . Finally I took him to Urgent Care.

Incredibly unprofessional and essentially violent behaviour towards my 7 day old newborn baby. Dr yadzadi's bedside manner and patient care was unbelievably below the standard of healthcare that should be offered. The single most important aspect when qualifying as a medical professional is taking the time to listen to patients and this lady clearly failed that part of her examinations. Avoid this place and this "doctor" if you have any other option. 0/5
The male receptionist is a piece of work and unprofessional. I needed a doctor's note a few weeks ago and I owe $20. I ph today asking for help with my requisition to my pharmacy and he cut me off and started asking about $20. Told him I don't have it...he banned me from the clinic. This medicine I need is helping live longer. As far as the dr is concerned👍 but this boy at the front needs to learn about customer service and people skills. I'll be speaking with the doctor personally
the wait was long, but it was worth it. the receptionist and both the doctors i saw were respectful and professional. seeking medical care is nerve wracking as a trans person because i never know if i will be taken seriously or if i will be addressed with the correct name and pronouns but the staff here obviously make an effort to make all patients feel comfortable and welcome. long wait times aren’t their fault so i didn’t mind, and i would rather wait a long time to see a doctor that i know will actually take care of me.
I’ve been here twice in the last month as a walk-in and both my experiences have been great. Wait times have been absolutely reasonable and the waiting area and rooms are clean. The staff is great and the doctor and his assistant are calm, friendly and thorough. They smile and laugh with me, listen without judgement and give clear instructions on how to continue care at home.
My last visit with Dr.Yazdani for my 5 year old daughter was a total nightmare. She was completely rude and impatient. She did not have the courtesy to hear our concerns and clarify our questions. Thorough out our consultation she was rushing up to send us away. Wish there was a way to give negative rating here.

I've been under Dr Amy Hung's care for few years. Very happy and pleased to have her as my and my baby's GP. She's caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She follows up and listens to patients concerns. Really hope they can take my husband in as a patient too so we can all have the same family doctor but I understand the doctor is at their intake capacity. The receptionists are okay. They might not sound very enthusiastic but they get their jobs done.
Arrived at 1145am and requested to see doctor. Was advised doctor only works Mon and Fri. Was offered a teleconference with doctor and was advised I would be called so thin the hour. 4.5 hours later and two follow up calls I was still not contacted. I strongly recommend going to another walk-in or stay home and fight it yourself as the doctor is obviously too busy to have this practice.
Very nice, kind and considerate to patients needs. Specially for my mom on visitor visa. To the point on consultations. Only problem is I moved far from that location yet I prefer to drive to be their patient.

Excellent service and very professional doctors. They listen to our concerns very patiently and provide appropriate remedies. The front desk staff are very kind and friendly too. Happy to have them as our family doctor. The pharmacy linked to the clinic is also very good. Overall a one stop shop and is also conveniently located.

Today April 13th went to see doctor S. As my blood pressure spiked. He is just awesome, empathetic, caring and knowledgeable. He sweetly talked me into getting a blood test which I didn't do for 30 years because of my phobia for blood extraction. However, in the same office the nurse, I believe her name is Mighty. Did the extraction. She made it so easy and calming. No more phobia. Thank you Dr S and nurse Mighty.

Both doctors are very kind, patient and hardworking. Takes time to understand and listen to your concerns. Genuinely tries to help you, a quality that is pretty hard to find nowadays. One of the best walk-ins that I’ve ever been to. You never feel like you are rushed. The pharmacy connected to it is also very nice and explains how to take medication clearly while answering any questsions you have. Overall, a great place with amazing people! Doctors and pharmacists work well together and communication between is great. The place is professional and clean. They are open all week til quite late and even on Saturdays. Super happy and grateful that I found this clinic.
Dr Nejad has always been wonderful, he has been our family doctor for last 7 years and we are all praises for him. He is adjusting and takes good care of his patients. My experience has been wonderful with him.
