I hold UNIQLO's customer service as the gold standard for being un-intrusive yet helpful and friendly when needed (no one's following you around asking if you want a fitting room, but if they see you need a bag, they'll ask). Their selection of clothing is excellent; some are hits, some are misses, but there's something for everyone. Definitely one of my favorite stores to stop by in Soho.
I came for an exchange on an item that’s still in stock. I went to a team member by the register and showed my original item and the one I’d like to exchange and he said I couldn’t. I understood I did not have a reciept but I’m more shocked that Uniqlo has not figured out how to track purchased tags. You brought new technology to have self service registers but don’t have a system for purchases items?! Exchanges should be easy. Side note, team members at this location are busy and try to multitask, please don’t. I’ll understand if you’re helping someone else but trying to go back and forth is just inattentive and could lead to mistakes.
Truly love going here to shop. Customer service is definitely top notch and everyone's is very helpful. During the holidays it can be a little hectic so please be aware. Need jeans/pants tailored?? They do it for you right there, but there is an hour wait.
LOVE Uniqlo. They just have a set of style that suits me amazingly well. It's fashion on a budget!
Dieser Uniqlo Laden ist sehr aufgeräumt und schön gestaltet. Bei den Hosen hätte ich mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Die saisonal gestaltete Front des Ladens ist ein Hightlight und schön gelungen. Ansonsten findet man hier alles, was man von einem Uniqlo erwartet.
I questioned the offers and management at this store. If you purchase more than $99, you get a free pair of socks, which sounds great, but staff don't want you to spilt your $289 purchase with two tills and two receipts. Buy two different people. If you are related they don't want to offer you this offer. So we got shouted at by the manager at the tills and then again at the offers desk. It was such a bad experience. Plus, there's no warranty for zippers that no longer work on down jackets : that don't zip, so don't expect to get any product fixed or replaced if it no longer zips. Search for firms that really honour their warranty.
Probably the best store on SoHo in terms of fashionable but affordable clothing. Especially if you want collaborations with local NY artists like Keith Haring and Basquiat. Their self checkout system is pretty futuristic too
