Glen Point Apartments

Glen Point Apartments is a great place to live. It’s so quiet here I forget that I live next door to other people. The apartments are very clean/spacious and maintenance responds quickly. I will definitely recommend Glen Point apartments!

My boyfriend and I moved into a downstairs apartment and it was wonderful. The landlord is extremely accommodating. This is also a great place to live if you have dogs, as there is a dog park right across the street and everyone is the complex is super pet friendly. The location is also amazing, moving from Philly I was nervous there wouldn't be a lot close by. But there are a bunch of stores and retardants within a 3minute drive.

Updating this review and taking stars away because the trash and recycling continues to be an issue. It has now been several weeks that our trash and recycling has not been picked up. The bins are overflowing and there is trash all over the complex. We have nowhere to put our trash and recycling so we just have trash bags in our apartment. It’s honestly disgusting and apparently all because management is arguing with the trash company over rates. Which they obviously lie about when I call, saying “the company just isn’t coming to get the trash.” You also cannot get in contact with the actual landlord as they refuse to give out his contact info. Such a shame that management doesn’t care about keeping our complex clean.

We moved in a couple of months ago, so far we love it! Great units, very spacious and updated. Washer dryer in unit which is a huge plus, as well as a balcony and wood burning fireplace. Awesome location, close to everything but tucked away so it’s nice and private. Right next to a huge park with walking trail and dog park. There is a train that runs right behind the complex but it’s not too loud and hasn’t bothered us. Our only complaint so far has been the recycling bin that is much too small for 32 units and fills up quickly, causing trash to get scattered throughout the parking lot. But our only issue thus far.

Just moved to the area from Texas. Coming from so far away we were unable to visit the area before signing a lease which was nerve wracking. I couldn't have picked a better place! The unit looks just like the photos. The management responds quickly to questions and concerns. The renovation is well done and they definitely didn't skimp on a few luxury features (soft close cabinets, dual button toilet flush) which I didn't even expect. The area is fantastic, close to public transit, lots of shopping and restaurants, short drive to Philly, park right across the street. Great for pets too. Very quiet street and friendly neighbors. Loving it so far :)
