A cheap is Rubik’s cube fell apart within a few minutes of using it. My son was literally sitting outside the store after the purchase. The stubborn staff member told us there was nothing he could do. “It was fine before it was taken out of the wrapper”. Selling an inferior product and refusing any type of refund or exchange is totally unacceptable. Will never go back again. Don’t shop here.

The only thing more impressive than their range of games was their wonderful staff.
Their passion for board games was evident, sharing in-depth knowledge on many of the games and offering some great advice.

Friendly when you buy something but the total opposite when wanting to take something back. I was treated like trash, so I went to the shopping centre's management office. They agreed to the manager's unacceptable and rude behaviour and refunded the money without further questions. They opened an investigation and wrote a complaint to the main office of mind games .. terrible manager at gc mind games, she's definitely enjoying her manager status... I told her I'll put her and the story online, so other people know that they can complain to the shopping centre's management office. Don't let the manager make up her own rules and throw made up legal paragraphs at you. Teach her that it's not ok to use her manager status to bully customers.
The managers I'm employing in my companies would never be allowed to have such a bad attitude. B4 you buy from Mind Games, check out Toyworld first. A lot of the same stuff as Mind Games, but half the price and much better treatment as well. Never going back to any Mind Games shop again.

Perfect in every way, can't help myself from stopping in every time I walk past, great knowledge and friendly staff. The 5/5 Hatoyama mind puzzles are awesome and definitely recommend getting one as a distressing tool

10/10. I came into the gold coast store looking to purchase my first mah jong set. Anna provided excellent service and was very knowledgable about the products. I will be telling everyone else from the mah jong club come to mind games should they need anything.
