Will definitely come back. Amazing and authentic Taiwanese food served by a very funny, hard-working man that was running the whole show by himself when we went in. He was very friendly and the food was delicious. We got the braised beef, wonton noodle soup, and garlic sausages and everything was delicious. We wish we could fit more food lol

A hidden gem in Gold Coast! Taiwanese style beef noodle and crispy chicken pieces must be ordered if you are looking for traditional Taiwanese dishes.

Taiwan Dami is located off Scarborough Street Southport, just behind Deja Brew Coffee.

The Decor is simple and functional.

David the Chef and Owner gave me a warm greeting.

I was browsing the Menu and David recommended the Braised Beef Noodle Soup.

Very glad I took David’s advice.

The Beef, Noodles, Vegetables and Stock were Superb!

I opted for the Spicy version and it was incredibly tasty.

You will certainly Not leave hungry should you order the Braised Beef Noodle Soup.

The Bowl is Huge !!

Excellent Value for Money

It was my first time visiting Chinatown in Southport, Gold Coast, and we decided to try a small Taiwanese café tucked away in an alley. To our surprise, the taste of the meals exceeded our expectations – absolutely delicious!

Best beef noodles I’ve had in a long time. It’s an unassuming little shop on an alley in Southport. Most of the signs and menus are in Chinese and the man that makes the food also serves you. It was delicious, my only qualm was the 50 cent charge to pay by card. lol

The best noodle soup I've had in QLD so far! I has the Taiwan Spicy Braised Beef Noodle with added tea egg topping.
- Homey atmosphere
- Friendly chef (speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English)
- Delicious melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket in a generous portion
- Flavoursome soup
- Reasonable price of $16-18 for a filling, hearty meal.
