Had my blood test with a nurse called lisa she was absolutely brilliant took her time finding my vein and was very informative. Also didn’t even feel the needle going in most definitely will be booking my blood tests with her onwards. 5/5 for her!
This is a great surgery, and the nurse, Lisa was amazing and friendly. I didn't feel the needle at all during my blood test

I’ve had awful experiences with smear tests in the past, but Nurse Hailey was incredible! Patient, professional, and informative with great bedside manner.

I've recently changed surgery because my old one was becoming really difficult. I had to go get my own B12 (for injection) and find a chemist because they no longer did the injections and they refused to schedule any follow up appointments. You had to phone the up again nearer the date. I never saw the same person twice and reception never knew what was going on half the time. I was so happy when I came to Moor Green. for the first time. What a difference!! They were friendly, helpful.
Had a blood test with a lovely nurse called Lisa Lilley. She did a fab job managing to find my veins first time! (Which has never happened before) She made me feel at ease and was lovely to talk to.
When to see the nurse Lisa to have blood taken and she was really nice. Normally I get told that my veins are hard to find and they have to make a few attempts but she was really good and she managed first time. I was really happy with her care and skill
