Fat cake city Pretoria Gardens

Very poor food spesialy the chips looks like the day before burning chips and so dry the mince fat cake taste like raw curry fat cake no taste and it's not the first time staff talk to much

Forgot my corndog for the 2nd time. They used to use good normal gouda cheese in the beginning for the vet koek, but now they use that cheap plastic cheese and only give you one piece of that cheap cheese. Owner is a hog and is only after money. Has absolutely no interest in keeping customers around. This is how a place is run into the ground.

I'm always buying food there but there is this cashier by. The name of Madeleine this girl is not treating customers right last time when I went there I was waiting for my order I tried giving her my slip she just looked at me she helped 4 customers that came after me and never helped me she is so rude me and my colleague used to buy there everyday but since she is giving us attitudes we are no longer buying there

I bought vetkoek and mince.
Their mince was bad, it taste like old mince and not freshly cooked on the day I bought it. I almost vomit while and I ENDED UP THROWING IT FOOD IN THE BIN.
I don't think i will be able to buy again from that store.

Worst service ever, staff have an attitude. wanted my money back before they put the order through and they refused. Took my slip and did not make my food. So staff stealing my money and when we wanted a manager they are not there and asked for the owners details and they refused to give us any details or my money back.

Just Bought Bunny chow Vetkoek from them, a large and a medium... the worst ever... ate and tasted like the food was sour or poured full of Vinegar.
The front staff was ok but really you pay so much for food you would expect better, seems to me this is just how the food is there... hope I don't get sick from what I ate ... threw the rest away.... dissatisfied.

The employees and their service is good. I was not impressed by the way the owner /manager was insulting the hard working staff members in front of us as customers. He is very rude. The food is delicious and clean but unhappy staff means you are doing something wrong. I still feel he can do better. I repeat. He is rude and in front of customers, That's a no! no!
