GRK Greek Kitchen and Bar

I’ve been here a few times now. The food is great, the customer service is great - it’s a nice place to eat whether it’s on a date or with a larger group. Most recently I came with my family and we loved the variety of share plates. We even got a dessert on the house because the staff were just so lovely to us! Highly recommend this restaurant 😊

LOVE the range of the menu here and that free range, wild and organic produce are offered on there also. The food is authentically Greek, fresh and delicious and does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the service is always top notch. My only tiny gripe is when mains are ordered, they should hit the table at the same time. Nothing worse than someone waiting for their meal, while the other person has theirs and it gets cold while they wait for the other plate. We waited a good 5 minutes for my Hubby's Lamb Skewers to arrive after my Chicken had been brought to me. Book to avoid disappointment, as weekends are always busy.

We really enjoyed our dinner. Food was amazing as was the service. Dessert was delicious

I love the food here and octopus is my favourite but.......Incredibly small portion for the price. Liver five stars, sausage excellent, Cypriot salad yummy, such nice olives, but that octopus stops me from giving five stars.

Perhaps an off night… considering the 4.7 rating count expected a lot more.

We had a very nice waitress.
They make a good Gin and Tonic.

However… wasn’t a great experience. And it is more expensive than a lot of other Greek restaurants around. The food and service didn’t justify that cost.

The kitchen was disorganised. Four of us were at dinner. First person got his meal. The other two got it about 5 minutes later. The fourth person didn’t get his meal. As we’re eating, we asked another waitress (not our lead one) about it, she said it’s coming. Even though she didn’t check she’s just psychic apparently.

Finally the lead waitress comes over and says it’ll be another 10 minutes! By then the first person was finished and the other two were close.

The waitress could tell our disappointment and offered free dessert so for that she tried to remedy the situation. And grateful for her trying.

Also, We asked for the saganaki to come out with the mains ( we were asked when we wanted it) But of course it had to come out first. Don’t ask if you have no interest in doing it.

As for the food,

Home made bread ? Looks like a French stick from Woolies. Dips are very small for $28.00. Had to pay $3.00 for pita bread to go with the dips. Can’t recall the last time a Greek restaurant didn’t provide pita bread for free.

Some of us didn’t like our mains, some though did like them.

Have been here a number of times now - the food is exceptional every single time and so is the service. The atmosphere here is homely and fun - you are always made feel welcome and part of the family. All the food is sensational but our favourite is the baby snapper and then everything else. 😊

Had the best night out with girlfriends, all 5 of us really enjoyed our food. Delicious and big portions. The service is super awesome and very friendly. Cozy restaurant!
