Very nice night out with friends at VON Thai, 7 of us for dinner. Service was very friendly, it wasn't too busy, and there is quite a lot of parking on the street, and surrounding streets. The food was nice, served quickly and about the right portion size.
Visited them in September 2022. Super delicious authentic food. Will definitely be visiting again the future when I am in Adelaide. Highly recommended
I walked into Von Thai from a nearby hotel circa 1 pm. It immediately felt like a cosy place for good food and conversation. The pork belly is thinly sliced and strangely, tasty but seemingly not oily, like no other. I also like my pot of green tea and jasmine rice. The pork belly is insanely beautiful, I had more rice than my unusual, possible the best Thai I had for the past two years - thumbs up for the Chef!

We ordered spring rolls and chicken with chilli jam for entree. Followed by the Choo chee baramandi, green Thai curry and Penang lemon prawns for main.

Food was delicious! Beautiful flavours. Small intimate inside dining area.
Staff were friendly, however there were times where we felt they could have been a bit more attentive (for example once we were seated, took a while to even be given menus. Meanwhile a table who arrived after us already had been served and had their drinks before anyone had even come to ask for our drinks order).

Really loved this place. I'm not a lover of spicy 🔥 hot where my friends are. Von catered for all our spice and heat levels and did not disappoint. The dishes were large, packed with quality proteins and vegetables. The sauces were flavoursome with perfect consistency. My duck rice dish was filled with meat. The service was impeccable, our host was friendly, caring and knowledgable. The venue was clean, modern, easy on the eye. Bathroom was also clean. We had a wonderful time - thank you
Thai food is probably one of the closest to my heart and it’s been hard to find authentic thai food in adelaide but this place took me by a surprise. Absolutely fabulous the quality of food, one of the chicken dishes was probably bot my favourite as it was something i was not very familiar with. Service was amazing, the girls are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.
