Thai Kitchen Glenrose

I had beef pad thai tonight at 7 pm. It could be the worst pad thai I have ever eaten. Noodle and beef was so chewy, it was cooked well but for some reason both was like made from plastic. I was at least enjoying the taste but then I also realised that there was hair in the food :( I told the waiter and he did not want me to charge but I insist to pay as I had eaten half of the plate till I realize it. Hope they would improve their food quality and hygene standards.

We have been ordering from this shop for years. Food had always been great in the past. Tonight it was oily and flavourless - I hope it was just a one off!

Wonderful & busy place. Found in the shopping village.

Clean and hygienic. Plenty of tables, inside or outside.

Food is decent. Deep fry Chicken wings was good, but bit dry.

Ordered Thai chicken chilli fried rice, chicken yellow green curry.. Vegetables & chicken were fresh, good flavour.

Yellow green curry was average, would expect more flavour in the sauce and chicken itself. Not a recommended dish.

Besides that, it’s worth checking especially during the day!

I ordered Thai Crispy Pork Belly and I was kinda disappointed because my expectations was too high.

I can’t even taste a single thai spices on it. I gave 5-stars for the service and friendliness of the waiter but correct me If I’m wrong but I think he and the rest of the staff including the cook aren’t even Thai?

We quite enjoy Thai Kitchen. Their Tom Yum is really nice and menu has a good variety of Thai dishes. Friendly staff and always welcoming. Make sure to make a booking as they do get quite busy specially now with the social distancing rules in place.
