Food was great. The customer service was outstanding. We were having our anniversary dinner and our waiter went out of her way to make it more special! Thank you Golden Boy!

Went here for post work and pre Resonate dinner recently for the first time and I personally really enjoyed the experience.

The restaurant is still only doing the Tuk Tuk Feed Me menu which is great if you're new however my dining partner has been here before and was a little bit frustrated because there were items he knew he wouldn't enjoy and things he knew he wanted. We were able to make two requests but it was frustrating for my dining partner to see the table next to us get things that he had wanted to eat. While Feed Me menu's are great in concept for new diners I think Golden Boy needs to consider re-adding the a la carte dining option.

The two cocktails we had were delicious and I wouldn't mind trying more another time.

While everything I tried tasted good the Edamame dish was a bit of a let down as it felt like it was a bit of a waste to have that much on a large plate when it could've been served as a much smaller portion in a smaller bowl. The Kingfish sashimi was fresh and delicious. My partner felt like the pumpkin was a bit of a let down since it was quite basic. The highlight was definitely a grilled beef dish we had as well as the Massaman curry.

Seating wise I was relieved that we were seated on a proper table as right across from us was a large communal table with high stools. I'm quite short so high stools is not something I particularly enjoy sitting on when I'm trying to relax and have a nice meal.

Absolutely loved it, good atmosphere, our waiter was terrific. Having checked out the menu prior, (there was nothing on there that I wouldn’t have or try ) the whole idea of not knowing what’s going to turn up, the anticipation and the dishes being really good, just added to a great night out. Would recommend & visit again.

Essentially the Melbourne equivalent to Chin Chin and while not exactly on par I don’t think it trails too far behind, although annoyingly they insist upon you doing a feed me menu if your group is 6 or more which is probably an unfair cut off. We sat outside and being on the corner of a busy road it was quite loud but I loved the greenery and lights wrapping around the exterior.

Being a set menu we had dishes I wouldn’t have chosen though they did seem quite willing to customise the banquet for you. Given my group (other than me) was pretty fuss free we decided to opt for chefs selection and there was a decent amount of food, although I found a lot of it incredibly spicy (yummy kingfish I’m looking at you).

The standouts for me were the kampot pepper fried chicken, the massaman wagyu beef curry, coconut and chicken salad and the delicious stir fried greens. The roti with pandan custard was deliciously flavoursome also. One thing to note, bookings are essential

Delicious Thai food in the cbd - all the dishes was so good and appetising! Call-outs to the king fish sashimi, the dressing was so beautiful and a great starting entree. The pulled pork pancake was also so good and the dessert was outstanding - flakey warm roti with a thick and creamy pandan sauce - to die for!

First time here. Didn't know what to expect with the feed me style menu but was pleasantly surprised with more than enough flavoursome food. Some interesting fusion with other asian dishes with a thai twist. Service was brilliant. The roti dessert! Yum!
