The beef in our red curry was tough. The spring rolls had something that made them very hard. They didn’t seem fresh though very hot. Too expensive and left me sorry to say goodbye to this place.
I had beef pad thai tonight at 7 pm. It could be the worst pad thai I have ever eaten. Noodle and beef was so chewy, it was cooked well but for some reason both was like made from plastic. I was at least enjoying the taste but then I also realised that there was hair in the food :( I told the waiter and he did not want me to charge but I insist to pay as I had eaten half of the plate till I realize it. Hope they would improve their food quality and hygene standards.
These guys remember my order and they do fantastic tofu :-)
We have been dining here for years as a group, since they opened. Tonight was so bad we will not return. The waitress had difficulty dealing with the menu, however we overcame that with giving her assistance. She needs glasses poor woman and chef our of control..The food was simply terrible. Dim Sum was cold and totally collapsed. We sent it back and received an identical dish 8 minutes later ; think they just recycled!
My companion complained, in a very gentile manner to the long term employee who often cooks (not tonight unfortunately) and he was just disinterested. The remainder of our dishes were very ordinary. Masamman curry overcooked and had to hunt for the noodles with Pad See Ew which are cheap. Will not return

My wife and I have made a point of eating in the KinKao Thai Restaurant regularly during our vacations in Robina on each of the past three years. The food served is very good and the lunch menu price is very reasonable. We always bring a bottle of wine with us and corkage is also reasonable cost. Very pleasant staff and to the relaxing and pleasurable experience.
Great Thai food - either dine in or takeaway. BYO. Be sure to book for weekends as it fills up fast! Friendly staff. Food comes quickly.

Great food, beautiful atmosphere! We came with no booking in the avenue, even if It looked pretty busy, Rafael found us a table. We spent a wonderful night between food and laughs i can tell It wouldnt be te same without Rafa! Thank you very much, we'll definitely be back!

Very bland Pad Thai with “frozen veggies” and same with our other main meal. $30 for a Pad Thai which needed two serves of chilli for flavour wasn’t great.

We have been ordering from this shop for years. Food had always been great in the past. Tonight it was oily and flavourless - I hope it was just a one off!
Great online and telephone food ordering service for takeaway, we place our order from home, drive 5 minutes to the Thai Kitchen Glenrose, our order is ready, tap to pay, back home in five minutes, to enjoy a wonderful Thai meal, full of spices and flavours. Always a successful meal, done time and again. Competitive prices, extensive Thai menu, fast and friendly service. Highly recommended!
Not sure if it was just a one-off, but we had an unpleasant experience last night. Ordered via delivery service and whilst it was quick, the food was awful.
All dishes were lukewarm, bland and looked like they been microwaved, by the texture of the meat. Veggies, usually are so fresh and crisp, were soft.
Rice was cold.
Such a shame as previous orders have been great and it's our go-to takeaway.

Just visiting Newcastle for work and I happened to walk past this restaurant while thinking of what to get for dinner. A young family were eating outside and their food looked so good I stopped and ordered pad see ew take-away for dinner tonight. I’m eating it as I write this review, and it is so yum! It’s one of my favourite dishes that I always get and they are usually delicious no matter where I buy it from. This one however has so much flavour and it has such a great ratio of meat, noodle and veg (I got beef). Will definitely order it again when I come back to Newy. The only thing I would change would be to add a slice of lemon that I could squeeze over it but that would only add to it. Not having it doesn’t take anything away from the food. Much appreciated!!!!
Really nice Thai food. Generous on the meat portions, flavours great, good service in store. Open late which was nice, since there doesn't seem to be a lot of other options. But glad we came here

Good main meals and flavour. My only negative review is size of spring rolls and what you pay for them. Four for $12 I expect a 4 large spring rolls not mini size.
Such a great local Thai place. Has the BESTTTTTT peanut sauce!! It’s the ultimate 🤩 so glad I live near here. Nothing crazy, just quality super tasty food, guaranteed a great meal

Friend took us there , it was an unexpected surprise, it was very Thai. The green curry bibimbap is top-notch, the soft-shell crab is crispy and smothered in one bite and the stir-fried pork belly vegetable also great with rice , but the deep fried barramundi and egg fried rice are a bit average. The environment is good, the seats are quite spacious, and the service is always there when you ask for it. Because they are too busy , when we paid the bill, waited for a while .The most important thing in the end is that the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

MUST GET- chili basil roasted Duck and sweet chilli basil chicken. Couldn’t stop nibbling on all of them, portions were great too. We also ordered green curry which was amazing. The duck blew my mind away though. Amazing chewy flavour and texture the gravy which the duck came in was good as well.

The food was generally enjoyable, though there were lingering odors coming from the kitchen. Despite this, the restaurant had an overall pleasant, unpretentious atmosphere.
A Day in BKK is always a pleasurable place to meet friends and enjoy a beautiful fresh meal.
I don't think we have ever had a bad meal in all the years we have lived in the area.
Even the takeaway is delivered hot and in a reasonable amount of time.

This is great authentic Thai . The lady who owns this restaurant is fantastic consistent chef. A real Gem of the Chelsea area. The decor is an older style but don't let that take away anything from the beautiful meal the restaurant produces. Love this place
I tried the prawn soup, a perfect blend of tangy and spicy flavors. My friend found it a bit hot, but it suited my palate just fine. We also ordered a mixed entrée where the spring rolls and fish cake stood out. For dessert, we indulged in banana fritters with ice cream and cream—overall, not a bad experience :)
Please don't come to this place. I waited 40 minutes for service and yet I didn't get anything. They prioritise take away over in house dining, and that's why there is a delay. Also asked them how long the wait time will be and they made me wait 15m for a reply.

Nice restaurant. Food was alright. Pad Thai, panang curry and ducky curry were good, but pad see ew did not taste right - had too much soy sauce and wouldn't order it again. Otherwise it was a nice experience
Wow, what amazing food!!! We love Thai but this place has amazing flavours. The chicken skewers were smothered with peanut sauce which was awesome and the pork belly has one of the best daises I’ve tasted.

I wouldn’t personally know but I think the food here felt pretty authentic! We got the red curry, jungle curry, and spicy chilli house stir fry! Not very spicy tbh 🌶️ also their coconut rice is really yum!
It had been a few years since we had been here for dinner! The food was average, small portions and extremely overpriced. I understand the cost of living has gone up, but compared to other Thai restaurants in the area, this place is ripping its customers off! The restaurant was freezing cold, no drinks offered, once we had our meals we did not see the waiters until it was time to pay. Service and food has gone down hill, unfortunately we will not be returning!
Very disappointed I used to come very regularly for years. Prices have gone up at least 30 percent for a lot smaller dishes.

Yummy Thai food in the heart of CBD. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. They can prepare most of the items on the menu vegan. The drinks were amazing too.

Amazing local Thai restaurant, with a good selection selection of dishes, fair pricing and some stand out favourites. Their Penang Chicken curry is among the best I have ever eaten, anywhere, with large succulent pieces of chicken thigh covered in a rich, fragrant and flavourful curry. We have eaten here many times and the food is always great, and will be coming back again soon!
Great Thai restaurant and fantastic staff. We love Thai and rate Yakoo as one of the best places we’ve been to. The staff and owners are always friendly and genuinely interested in offering up their best. Would eat there every week if we could.
I ate here 6 months ago, not sure why you're asking for a review now? Food has gradually gotten worse and seems to just rely on locals not wanting to travel further for food

It's a good little place, more of a take away than a sit down but they do have tables inside and out, though seating is limited. They are quick with the order and the portions are a good size.
Always delightful - I get takeaway from here frequently and eat in when guests come to town; the food is top-notch (their Choo Chee Prawns are the best around, and their Drunk's Noodles rock) and the service is friendly. Highly recommend!

This is the best Thai food I have ever had. Better than any restaurant I tried when I visited Thailand. 100% recommended you visit here, lovely service and great prices for the quality.
That was the first time we had had lunch in this restaurant. I ordered 4 dishes for takeaway. The food is average, taste good. But 1 of the young lady with long hair has a negative attitude. the waitress was very impolite and disrespectful. Ridiculous service, I ordered pad Thai stir-fried with beef and she blame me bcs is a pad Thai with beef. She said “ NOT STIR FRIED “. She was snappy.
MUST GET- Royal Siam curry beef, pineapple fried rice, roast duck curry. Couldn’t stop nibbling on all of them, portions were great too. My mates loved the green curry but I wasn’t too big a fan (too coconut-y in flavor). Was agreed the pad Thai wasn’t the best- too sweet & starchy. Overall we paid $26 each between 5 for 5 dishes + medium coconut rice. Thai milk tea was yummy but $7.50 each.

Ordered delivery by #Menulog - one starter paid for didn't arrive! Four attempts at logging into Menulog to report it and gave up!
I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive vibe. The food was decent, although it was westernised-Thai which is understandable given the difficulty in finding certain ingredients. The prices were reasonable and appropriate for the quality of food.
However, I felt that the restaurant ambiance was a bit overwhelming with a menu that was a bit too saturated and descriptions that were not very relevant to the dishes. The restaurant's name suggests a focus on Northern-style cooking, but the menu seemed quite basic and not very representative of this cuisine. Despite this, I still enjoyed my meal and the service.
One suggestion I have is for the man behind the counter to improve his personality a bit.😉

Thank you for the best Thai food in Newcastle! You guys rock! It's the small touches that make your dishes stand out above all; such as scallops in your mixed seafood, the inclusion of pepper berries, fresh chillies and fresh Thai basil ❤️
Great quality food, friendly service, not expensive, large portions. Pad Thai was great, so was octopus. This place is absolutely one of the local gems.
my buddy Eric always says "life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get". This quote does not relate to Thai garlic. I know what I'm going to get. Amazing food and high quality service. the food is constantly fantastic. The kitchen hand is also amazing at his job.
Felt like the food was average. The duck dish was pricey considering it was salty / not saucy enough. Rice was gluggy (maybe a bad day). Service too slow (30 mins for dish to come out). No table water offered. Cigarette smoke coming from outside entire time (aren't there laws where you're meant to be 4m away from the food?). Wouldn't come back

When a restaurant is full and there’s queues it’s a pretty good sign. I wasn’t disappointed. beautiful full flavours. The only small thing was there wasn’t an awful lot (take away) but it won’t stop me going there again,
It was public holiday when we had dinner here outdoor.
And as it was located close to our accomodation, we could see a long queue every day at its door.
Regarding the food, I have nothing to say but so tasty and good amount of portion. And my starts goes to food only, but I will explain why. We all know giving full stars to a restaurant is not only about the food.
Regarding the outdoor furniture, as the walk side had a slope, it made the sitting on the chairs too uncomfortable, I left there with a backache unfortunately.
Dinner ware, the side plates, all came in different pattern, shape and model, and I could see it on all the tables around us. It’s out of a standard for a restaurant.
Also regarding the staff and how they were doing, First I want to thank them for their hardworking, and it was totaly understandable that they were trying their best to host and serve the people fast, but it coulnt justify it that they were running all the time between kitchen and the tables with full hands of few plates and drinks. It’s not professional at all and puts stress on customers as well.
Hope they can manage those 3 mentioned items soon so people can enjoy their time more than before while eating there :)

Absolutely loved this restaurant. It was our first time and we enjoyed all the food we ordered. The cost was very reasonable and the service was wonderful. They were very accommodating when I asked if we could sit outside as the weather was perfect (I had booked a table inside as I didn't know what the weather would be like on the day). Overall, we loved it and can't wait to return (although we do live an hour away). We'll just have to make the effort.
I used to love coming here. Was my fave Thai. However last night's meals tasted horrible. I actually threw it out and I never waste food. Was disappointing
What a place! Stumbled here by chance and was absolutely blown away by not only the quality, but the service for the price. Take a look at these free prawn crackers and satay sauce, at least you could've done but they were demolished because of their deliciousness. Anyone who has left a review under 5 stars doesn't know authentic food at a great price.
Food was freaking nice! Price is really reasonable, every dish has its own unique taste. The squid dish was nice but felt they should add more squid, green curry was great and really enjoyed that, the pork was good in both price and portion. Water is free and refillable.

This place was amaaaazing. So many beautiful entre options. The food was so flavourful and felt very authentic. The service was also great. Our waiter was so polite and warm
The starters were fairly standard. The coconut prawns were a little dry, but the satay chicken was fairly good.
Had a chilli basil stir fry for the main which was pretty good.

As always food was amazing. The Thai flavours were authentic and so delicious. We have takeaway from there all the time but tonight ate in. Service was friendly and quick. The best coconut rice I have ever had. Well done guys.

Absolutely magnificent. Fresh and delicious. The tastes of everything from the Tom Kah Gai to the prawn dishes were not overpowering nor was the chilli. A perfect arrangement.

Worth a try when one's craving for Thai food. Theirs is localized which means not very spicy but overly sweet. Service was quick, food was serve pretty fast too. Kitchen is open concept as we can see the entire kitchen and the two young chefs behind the counter. Restaurant itself was rather small but still can house around 8 tables. We parked our car opposite at woolies' car park but beware as they have just implemented parking charges which is providing only 1hr free parking. Otherwise, plenty of car parks at the end of the shop lots next to Revesby train station.
I have been to Larnna Thai for million times, it’s absolutely my favourite Thai Restaurant in Newcastle. Food provided in generous portion, dedicated plating, lots of healthy and balanced dishes available on the menu, great service all the time. They have the best authentic Tom yum soup (usually places have very light texture or made straight from paste) and pad Thai is also highly recommend. They made everything from scratch, even like prawn crackers and the entrees, definitely worth trying!
Had lunch here and ordered a veg drunken noodle. Had good taste and aroma. Portion was more generous than others I've seen. Cost $11 which was a pleasant surprise as I was looking at their online menu which noted $14.90 or so.

We quite enjoy Thai Kitchen. Their Tom Yum is really nice and menu has a good variety of Thai dishes. Friendly staff and always welcoming. Make sure to make a booking as they do get quite busy specially now with the social distancing rules in place.

We ordered the Fried Rice & Spicy fried rice was delicious and tasty. One of the best in Perth, at a good price and value we will be coming back!

I am well travelled and a foodie. You will not be disappointed in this comfortable and meticulous charmer. Clean with authentic cuisine and extensive menu. Mouthwatering! 5 stars and looking forward to my next visit. It is also BYO in case you might like to take in a special drop. Enjoy!

Great food and friendly staff. I love green curry and yellow curry from Kim Koa Thai Restaurant. Seafood salad is also delicious!! Stuffed chicken wings are to die for!!

We had the #2 banquet, and it was great! The entre soup was so flavoursome, and the mixed entres were tasty. For the mains, the curries were great...particularly the massaman beef
The meat was so tender it just fell apart! Dessert for that banquet was just sliced apple and grapes, but that's honestly all we needed after all the mains. We took a doggy bag home of the extras!

The curry puffs are a must try. The pastry was so light and crunchy, and the curry filling was delicious.
I had the red coconut vegetarian curry and nearly died over the sauce it was delicious!!!! And my partner had the street style barbecue chicken, which he cleaned his plate! And there was a generous serving of chicken.
