I always receive first class service from The Hop Shop, where I buy wine making kits and other sundries. Courteous helpful people.

Excellent customer service. Prompt dispatch and well packaged. Although one item broke in transit (despite careful packing), the company replaced it promptly without any issues. I'd thoroughly recommend this company.

This must be the best online buying experience I’ve ever had : by far the best price for my beer kit ; comprehensive information sent by email at every stage of the buying-delivery process ; each can of wort individually wrapped and in perfect condition ; only two days between purchase and delivery ; delivery made with time to spare on the timetable given ; no disturbance made at delivery : parcel left as intended inside my front porch without a sound . Brilliant !!! Well done Hop Shop .
Brilliant service. My glass demijohn arrived in perfect condition as it was packed with expert care and delivered within two days of ordering. Same quick service with my stainless steel kegs etc. They arrived the next day!
