Will need to schedule an appointment at another clinic because even though you have an appointment you will still need to wait for 2 hours to be seen. They told me two people are ahead of me but 2 hours??! The receptionist just stay gossiping and hardly acknowledge you. The doctor doesn’t seem to care much and does a 5min consultation but yet makes you wait 2 hours for the doctor? Make it make sense.

I switched insurances to find a closer doctor to home, so I scheduled my first appt for a physical. I came in thinking I was gonna get a physical. The nurse asked if I wanted a pap as well and I said yes. I thought what a great office. The doctor came in and asked me questions and did not even do my physical or Pap smear. They said they only get to know u on the first visit and get to know ur history. I didn’t like that since I took off work for this, but ok fine I guess! I said can I at least have blood work..they said ok. They asked if I wanted results over the phone I said sure, but yes I had to reschedule and now I cannot speak to anyone over the phone. This place is just so back and fourth with what they are doing. I asked for at least a copy of my results and they said I cannot obtain a copy of my own records without speaking to a doctor. I said do u have a portal I can view them, no we don’t. It’s just so frustrating that I can’t get my medical needs reached at this office. If u don’t work or have plenty of time to spend this is the office for you, but if u are busy and don’t have a flexible schedule this is a horrible office, but on the other hand the girls who answer are never pleasant and they always have different rules or “protocols” I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and she said no…we will call you back. Sarahi is who I spoke to today and could not even help. I am going to report this office to the board because patients should be able to obtain their own records by request if not there should be a manager to speak to if someone isn’t getting the medical help they need.

Ridiculous clinic don't come here! My appointment was at 9:00am the lady in the front with glasses said my appointment not until 9:45am when they call a day before to confirm my appointment and said at 9:00am. I can't be seen until my dr from other location send over the results when I called saying they fax it over. It's already 10:30am have not been called in!!! Ask to speak to a manager due to the fact the glasses lady in the front told me I can't not be seen by the doctor today I called Thursday and Friday to make sure they sent over my lab results from the endocrinologist. Keep giving me the run around they haven't received it and I can't be seen to reschedule. Save yourself time and don't come here wait time is ridiculous!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR PRENATAL CARE!!! The doctors at this clinic were negligent to my sisters prenatal care even after being told she had history of high risk pregnancy. A baby was lost because of their negligence because had they done their jobs correctly and not taken all her symptoms as “normal” she would still have her baby. Please take care of your baby and loved ones and do not seek prenatal care at this clinic!

Jeez, seven or eight years ago which was the last time I went here didn't take three months to get a doctor visit. Not only that but they also ask if you have any common symptoms like a cough or running nose and if you do they cancel your appointment in which you waited three months for. Like what? I'm no doctor but a symptom like a cough or anything that has been common for hundreds of years can literally mean ANYTHING. That's why people visit a clinic/doctor? To ask and get themselves checked out to make sure that symptom isn't something potentially serious? Anyways, I didn't even schedule for a symptom and just wanted to do a physical check up and blood work. They cancelled me because I had your seasonal cough n cold two weeks beforehand which was mostly gone by the time my appointment was coming and they rescheduled me to wait for another THREE MONTHS. And so here I am nearing my appointment and get called up if I'll be able to show up which honestly I forgot since waiting an entire quarter of a year is a long time. They ask for the same thing if you have any symptoms but the last draw for me was when I wanted to confirm on the time just in case and I get hung up on. After that, I'm not going to even bother calling back or show up and potentially lose brain cells dealing with people who lack common sense. All the one star reviews are deserving of this place and it seriously needs a purge of its employees and managers. Because in my opinion it's criminal if they're making people wait three months and/or not seeing them over the most basic and common symptoms that could potentially be something serious.

Unfortunately, due to the Doctor Shaa Anokhi I had a bad experience due to negligence, poor service, lack of experience, unethical skills, and attitude.I’m sharing this bad review because I sprained my ankle 3 months ago and the Dr. won’t give me a letter to work from home nor put me on Disability despite having a job that requires walking. She doesn’t know the struggle that it is to walk with pain even if it’s with crutches or knee scooter. Or the hassle to be drinking pain medication. Can’t she realize how mentally, physically and emotionally it is? I’ve been complaining and been asking for three months. I don’t know why some Doctors study for the money and don’t see the well-being of the patients. Everyone knows that tendons/ligaments heals a lot slower than broken bones. I don’t know why she doesn’t know and why she laughs at me when she complains, it’s not fractured. Since when do Drs laugh at your pain? I don’t want to get to the point where I might need surgery. Why does this Dr. makes my case minimal? Who gave her the license to be a Dr? Avoid this Dr. The clinic is good but this Dr. Is the WORST!l person ever!

If I could leave zero stars I would this clinic does not care about the patients needs. You make an appointment and if your even a minute late they won’t see you but when you get there early they make you wait over an hour to see you regardless of your time scheduled. The lady in the front are rude and don’t let you speak to doctors or a manager.
