I have been getting the run around since NOVEMBER & it's now the end of March. I am a patient who has had spinal surgery and am currently still having issues. I have been trying to get a Pain Management & Ortho referral this entire time and still have not seen anyone. My doctor is completely ignoring me and my medical history when it comes to my pain treatment because of what SHE WANTS. She has beeb completely derailing a pain management system that has been in place since 2013. I have talked about this with her several times and I'm just being ignored. After exhausting all my other options I stated that I was just going to contact the medical board because I have gotten no care and every person I speak to basically puts it on the other team and tells me it's not their job. WHO'S JOB IS IT TO ENSURE I AM GETTING CARE? IF ITS NOT THE DOCTOR'S, THE DOCTOR'S BOSS, OR ANY OF THE OTHER "TEAMS" AT THE CLINIC, WHO'S JOB IS IT TO ENSURE I GET CARE? The doctor couldn't answer that question at all, yet I'M disrespectful for reporting my mistreatment. The referral team has been completely ignoring me, and my doctor told me it is not her job to make the referral team do their job. I had a referral be denied for months before the manager for the referral team actually listened to me & confirmed that it was denied to redirect it somewhere else. She got really nasty with me because she was WRONG and kept ignoring me when i kept saying theres an issue with my referral. It took 2 months before I spoke to the doctors supervisor and she promised that she would stay on top of my case and keep in contact with me. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS!

Waited over a month for an appointment. They called me the day before my appointment and canceled on me. The lady on the phone was so disrespectful. She would not let me talk or vent my frustrations. She kept cutting me and talking over me. She would not let me get in two words. I will be going somewhere also for now on.

I don't have enough words to express my negative emotions about the pediatric department of this clinic!!! The workers at the reception are constantly rude and refuse to help. Usually all medical institutions provide interpreter services over the phone if a person does not know English well. But the receptionist named Lenny apparently doesn’t know this, she refused to let me in and ordered me to look for an interpreter myself in the next department of the hospital, it’s very difficult for her to get up from her chair, so patients have to solve their problems themselves... My son Denys broke a bone in his arm 3 weeks ago and we turned to this clinic for a referral to a doctor who could help put the bone in place so that the arm could heal correctly. But the doctors of this clinic were very negligent about our request. Because of this, my child still cannot get to the right doctor. He is in severe pain. We have already been to emergency twice. I sincerely wish the doctors and medical staff of this clinic that when they get sick, they will be treated by the same doctors as them. And when this happens, let them remember my words: whatever a man sows, that will he also reap.

My appointment was 3 hours long this is crazy the doctors or whatever she was didn’t even know what she was doing constantly asking me the same questions over and over the supervisors doctor took about 30 minutes to even come in

I got enrolled in the healthy partners program and so far it has been the best thing. I’ve been here twice twice, once for a regular check up. The second time was for an emergency that I had. The doctors are awesome. The staff also very nice very friendly. I also love that you have my chart App and there they have all your medical records you can set up appointments check the pharmacy for your prescriptions. You can also look for the doctors notes, reviews from your visits. I used to go to wellspace, and they will literally take months to give you an appointment. Here less than two weeks. I really like it here. I remember coming to this clinic when I was really young and they would take all day to see you. They have changed so much.

So far so good with my experience there. I have been established with a primary care provider and shes been great. I dont anything negative to say about this place. The lab can be busy at times but there are other locations you can go. Its close to my house so thats a plus.

They canceld my July 1st appointment after I had scheduled it on from May 15th.
Only one day before the appointment they called me saying: "yeah your doctor decided to go on a vacation and won't be available untile August 1st" like really??? Why didn't you contact me before, send me an email , call me, no nothing. Really disappointed and disrespected.
