If I could leave negative stars, I would. I've been a member of this gym for years and have steadily watched this place fall deeper and deeper into disaster. The escalator has been broken for more than 6 months, the equipment is falling apart and never fixed, and the classes are mediocre at best on the rare times they're actually offered (the only exception being one yoga class with Chris on Mondays). The only redeeming part was some of the great training staff, every single one of whom have quit over the past few months (dozens of them).

Run, don't walk, to literally any other gym in the area. I'm left with more than a dozen personal training sessions I'd rather lose than step foot in that cesspool again.

Facilities are nice and upgraded - can get a little crowded but that’s any gym. Only problem I have witnessed is escalators and wifi have been out for the past few weeks. With the gym being underground it makes it a total dead zone.

The gym is NOT handicapped accessible AT ALL! I have knees, hips, and L4 L5 issues. The locker room (restroom/sauna/shower/pool) is on the lower level. Treadmills are on the 3rd floor. Escalators had been down for MONTHS!!!!! The struggles I had to endure going up and down twice maybe three times! And there is NO easy access to the elevator AT ALL!! There's a sign on the door where the elevator is located outside that says, “Member will be forfeited if the door is opened”????? I witnessed an old lady ringing the bell too many times because she wanted to use the elevator and NOBODY responded. WHAT!!!? And the fact that I'm paying $43.95 a month when there's a sign everywhere that says $12.95 a month. I joined years ago started at $35 a month now to $43.95 for what? Nothing works! Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

It's falling apart: very poor cleanliness in the dressing room, the men's steam room has been out of commission since the summer of 2023, and the escalator is broken half the time. This location gives an un-mistakeable impression of a company about to go out of business and doesn't want to incur the costs of maintaining their facility. Do not waste your money here.

The only pro of this gym is that it's $15 a month for the basic membership. There's also a $40 option, but there's no point in paying that, because they don't enforce any of the rules of what $15 a month people can use vs what $40 a month people can use (classes, pool, basketball). This gym is terribly managed.

Tons of equipment is broken in this gym at any given moment, the steam room is broken a majority of the time, sauna is broken all the time, escalators are always down, and the last few times I've been there, there are multiple roof leaks dropping on people as they use the halfway broken and improperly maintained cardio equipment. Way too crowded, and it seems that they barely ever clean the gym.

Go to Onelife Fitness in Skyline if you want management that actually cares about their facility.

I just joined XSport on my first day of visiting XSport, I was told great things. On my first day of coming to workout I noticed broken equipment's, and out of order steam room. I was told by fellow members that Steam room has not been functional for several months. This is not acceptable, and I hope the management takes care of it.

I don’t know where to start!!! Drastically downgraded since the reopening after pandemic. First thing you can see is wry old, downgraded equipments. Some of them are useless. Nothing is from the last generation where the mechanical movement is well fitted by your body’s natural movement.
Cleanliness, sorry to say but it is mostly almost disgusting. Especially the showers and restrooms!!! Also the pool. I could stay in the pool only about 5 minutes bc the pool was just a republic of germs !!! 🤮🤮🤮

Then the most frustrating thing ; broken equipments, escalator, sauna, and the steam room !!!
The steam room has been out of service more than 4 months!!!! 4 months!!!! And the sauna is not less far from this! It works for a few days and out of service for 2 months then open again for a week or two and then out again for a few days. And as of now, both are still out of service.
Unbelievable management!! I get it. Some companies give bonuses to the management team at the end of the year what is left from the budget they have for the year ( spending budget). If that is the case why they don’t spend money then it is very disrespectful to the members. If not, then it is a bad management team.
Sorry for being harsh but this is the truth. ( anyone is welcome to challenge my words )
