Awesome Place far boosted by recovery

Kolmac offers a multitude of services to help during every phase of recovery from and the team is dedicated to providing top notch support!

Option for virtual and in person is nice and flexible. I feel like unless you’re court ordered or super new to recovery, the intensive out patient program is rudimentary and seems standardized and one size fits all.
Also there isn’t a lot of practical application (for me) and the groups seem disorganized and session topics are disconnected. It’s like an open group talk therapy vs. a structured program (which I prefer structure). I keep going because an unstructured program is better than no program for me.

These people are SHADY, SHADY, SHADY ... They told me they called my insurance and my co-pay with my Tricare insurance would be $150 down and $200 a week.
I told the representative that that was too expensive. She said " well just give us a credit card"
My doctor called to find out why they were charging me. They said that was prices for people without insurance and that they never told me that was my co-pay. LIES!!
I read reviews for several of their locations. On average they have 2 1/2 stars and most reviews are negative.

This program was great for me but they are not accurate and honest when discussing costs before you enter. I was told all I would have to pay was my co pay which I was doing along the way. Then 2 months after the program ended I received a bill over $3K . I asked to speak to someone in a supervisors role and never received a call back. Instead I was sent to collections which is totally unprofessional.
The clinicians are great the rest leaves a horrible taste in my month hopefully I will not need a resource again like this but I will definitely warn others about this.

Superficial group topics and poor communication/follow-through from case management. Don’t waste your time

I've been working for Kolmac Outpatient Recovery for 7 months and it has been a very rewarding experience. I am honored to serve our patients.
