The employees here are so kind and the apartments are very cute! Great distance to many businesses.

I had high hopes for this place. It was a horrible living experience. They are so poorly built, you can hear everything. There was a continual domestic violence situation going on above me. Several apartments around me, took in immigrants who would come and go. The 2 weeks before I left, there were rats inside my apartment. I took residency in March 2023 and departed in December 2023. Since my arrival and departure, there were 4 different office managers. Avoid this place oh! And they shut your water off without notice for hours due to pipe issues!

I made an appointment to view the apartments that were available and Carla was able to show me the units. She was very helpful was a great reflection of management for these units.

Everything about living here has been a terrible experience. Management and maintenance, for which there are problems continually, are unresponsive and uncommunicative and incompetent. The building is so poorly insulated it hardly qualifies as shelter. There is mold in every room. The appliances are old and work poorly. Charging the rent they do here should be criminal. I’d love to move out as soon as possible.

The overall property management is poor. The office is never opened at convenient hours and when you call and leave a message or send an email, they either respond extremely late or even never. And if it weren’t for the complex being connected to a chain of other complexes through an organization and thereby having a helpline that actually assists you immediately and has a great maintenance team, I would instead be rating this place 1 Star.

This place is “livable” let’s start with that, but holy moly this place never shuts up. Living next to all these stores you hear CONSTANT trucks slamming their stuff down, honking at each other, breaks squeaking, and it is TERRIBLE. I’m not trying to be dramatic but it is 100% a daily thing that wakes me up. Even right now, someone’s down in the courtyard messing with a pressure washer and waking the whole place up even though we got pressure washed last week. So into that, these people are obsessed with leaving things on your door/emailing you. Last month we got at least 4+ things on our door. The first one was about the parking lot being pressure washed but they’re only gonna give you 4 days notice to move your car (to where?! Not sure! They only have like 10 visitor spots) and then harass you if you don’t. They told us painting and washing would be done at the end of September but then had it ALL done four days later. Very inconvenient. You’re rents gonna be a different amount every time you pay it, they don’t answer their office phones, people leave trash all over the trash “room” including dirty cat litter and glass, since buying a parking spot someone has been parked in it TWICE!!! With no help. People will also take your clothes out of the washer and leave them wet if you’re not there in 10 minutes to change them around, nobody cleans the laundry room, and tons of residents who don’t live in my building use my building laundry room so it’s constantly full, washer is small too not even a normal size. And last but not least! One parking spot comes with your apartment automatically, when moving in I said I have three cars I need more spots! They said “we have tons of spots” then I sign the lease and wow?! Now they have NO extra spots to give out. I literally never would’ve moved into this place if that was the case.

my partner & I have lived here for a little over 2 months & significantly regret it.

the application process was an absolute nightmare. nothing in the apartment was cleaned or fixed before move in. Maintenance painted over all the gunk inside of all the cabinets instead of cleaning & vacuuming things out first before paint. There is literal hair painted over. All of the sinks in our house reek of mold & smell like sewer water. We’ve deep cleaned twice & can’t get the smell out. The bathtub has white paint on it to make it look newer & is almost impossible to clean without paint chipping off. The ceiling fan in of our bathrooms does not work & was not fixed before move in. All the wood around the windows outside is chipping. NO ONE who ACTUALLY works for the property ever answers the phone. Our water keeps getting shut off randomly without any notice. Today was one the hottest days of the year at 104 & we haven’t had any water for almost 7 hours. No one has called to updated us even though they said they would. Random charges in rent as well. Just plain unprofessional & unlivable in all aspects.
