Do you like having teenagers constantly hiding out in your parking garage and smoking pot, cigarettes and drinking then proceeding to smash the bottles, steal exit signs, spray your car with fire extinguishers and graffiti the walls all on the regular?
Don't worry tho the management/property owner addressed the issue by putting up "no trespassing" and "no smoking" signs which do a lot of good...
Do you like having your car broken into twice in one year in the "private" parking garage?
Do you like to call Bluestone and Hockley 4-5 times and get absolutely no answer or return calls about any issues you are having?
Do you like having rent raised by 10% or more per year?
If so then this is the place for you. Don't get me wrong it's a nice location and a decent structure to live in but the lack of the property managers and owner doing anything at all is a real problem.
