I recently moved into the Villas at Fairway and have nothing but great things to say. The leasing office staff are all super friendly and have made myself and my two sons feel so welcomed. Both of my boys honestly look forward to visiting the clubhouse just to say hello. The maintenance team are super accommodating and helpful with anything I may need. I honestly feel like I live in a hotel the hallways always smell great, they are cleaned multiple times a week, the landscaping outside is so well kept, and the best of all I don’t feel like I live in a building because it is so quiet. I couldn’t have asked for anything more than a great complex, nice neighbors, and a place that truly feels like home.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Very helpful and kind. I go to them every few weeks to buy shuttle tickets and they are always patient and courteous. I love the condo as well, best place I’ve lived in so far.

This community is absolutely stunning and in a prime location for commuters. I had the pleasure of touring with Desiree, and she was incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel valued. It's rare to find leasing agents who genuinely care about your needs and go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I haven't come across another place nearby with such understanding and hospitality from their team.

One of the best communities I have lived at! It peaceful, safe and well maintained place. It is close to many grocery and shopping outlets and even close to Edison station. The leasing office is very helpful and resolves issues quickly. The property manager Desiree and her assistant Gaby are one of the best! They are very proactive and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay at the Villas.

Poor Service, No Communication, Avoid this Property NOW.
I liked fairway very much before the change of concierge because of the friendly staff and environment. However-------
First, I was charged about $800 for replacing a damaged TV (damaged by my friends) at the clubhouse this May, and I told them right after that I am willing to pay for the damage. However, I was never informed of the process they went through with the TV. Only when I saw the deduction in my bank account did I know they charged me directly. Zero communication was conducted between the dates. When I asked why the TV was so expensive, quoted the concierge: "because this is a luxury property". Moreover, the office never responded my emails asking for an invoice, and never sent me one.
I moved out in September 2021, today I received the $1146.19 final account statement bill including $225 cleaning fee and $448.82 paint charge, still without detailed invoices, and we cleaned the whole apartment before moving out. I even found a pair of socks left by my previous resident behind the washing machine.

Well, be rich enough to rent an aprtment in this community.

I just wanted to share my experience at The Villas at Fairway. The staff in the leasing office are very welcoming. I was given a tour by this fabulous young woman Emilee. She is very knowledgeable about the complex and made the apartment shopping experience a pleasure. The apartments are contemporary, clean and close to everything. I love the fitness center and the shuttle service to the Edison train station. I am so happy with my new home!
