We visited Berwick Thai restaurant tonight
First time for us as we are trying restaurants in our area
Food was good
Service was less than poor
From the minute we walked in, we did not feel welcome or valued
Managed to get an order and a drink coming through
We were asking about desert and were told ‘kitchen is closed’
Wow…amazing to be told that at 9:01pm on a Friday night
Then when we were wanting to give feedback to the owner at 9:15pm, we see other diners receiving desert
Not sure what’s happening at this establishment? All I know is we won’t return

Very good Thai restaurant. Blew me away. Satay was very flavorful. Best part, I think. The rest of the dishes were very good as well.

Great Thai food with super quick service. We loved very dish we ordered.

Highly recommend the Satay Chicken Skewers. The satay sauce was creamy rich and perfectly blend. Pad Mee was delicious. Friendly service and chic ambience.

Came here to celebrate my fiance's birthday. Food was really tasty and plenty of it. Highly recommend the satay chicken skewers. Sauce was amazing.

Comfortable seating is always a consideration for me (terrible back) so I was pleasantly surprised to see padded seating. The food was very tasty and full of balanced, fresh flavours. This is not the best Thai I've ever had of course but a very affordable and flavoursome local. A very comfortable and pleasant dining experience. A special shout out to the Deep fried whole fish with sweet & tangy sauce- sensational 👏
