Firstly let me say, the serving in our classic bowl last night was awesome, the quality was great and the staff member who served us was very friendly. We got there at 7.40pm. Closing was at 8pm. All the tables were being packed up while we ordered and we had to eat in the car! Dining in wasn’t an option! Not even a bin to dispose of the rubbish! It was quiet but the doors were locked prior to 8pm.
So in summary, the food and service was great, the atmosphere didn’t exist!

This was the absolute worst!
This is a photo of my Classic bowl as it was presented to me. You can barely see any corn, onion or tomatoes etc. The portions were so small I'm convinced the guy that served me has shares in the place. Honestly, I will never be back

Always so sparse with the sauce and when you ask for a little extra, they charge you an extra dollar. Every other Zambreros I’ve been to has no issue adding a fair amount. When I brought it up with who I assume is the owner, he dismissed it and said it’s normal practice.

Burritos have been sub standard, regularly falling apart as folded incorrectly and rushed. Poor communication and workers aren’t very friendly. I only go there for a quick burrito not a 5 star feed, but I have had a bad experience here every time I’ve gone. Will be going to the nearby Guzman from now on.

Had a splendid young lady with long black hair and luscious lashes serve me today at 11:56 a.m. Please let me know where she gets her lashes done. I ordered dos capas to share and she told me that sharing is caring. The capas were still steaming hot and fresh when I arrived home. We dug in to the most scrumptious meal I have ever tasted in my life. The beef was tender and lip-smackingly good 👄. The store was spotless and positive vibes. The walls radiated c*nt. These workers are clearly highly trained professional chefs with great cheffy customer service. Will stop by again. My infant and cat also enjoyed the leftovers as well. 👶

Went last night, girl that served us was incredibly rude and had zero customer service skills. Asked for no sour cream at the start of the order and she said “well obviously I’ll just ask you when we get there not now” with an eye roll. Very badly presented food with poor portions while other customers ahead of us being served by other girls were receiving great service and obviously a lot more care being put into the food. Usually wouldn’t complain but her attitude was just so uncalled for and unprofessional.
