Very helpful staff, always plenty of product in stock or willing to get stock in. Preferred place to shop for pet items.
Sophie was such an amazing help, she was so knowledgeable and you can tell she’s really caring about the animals in the store and passionate about her job. She’s a credit to the store :)
Staff are always happy to help, even when I arrive 10 minutes before closing. While this may take a little more time, I find the curtesy is worth a little wait.
Pathetic company won’t let staff celebrate Australia Day i will never go here ever again Please boycott this store

This is a good pet store. There are a lot of pet supplies. The service is also very nice and professional.
