Hi its my first time i order here..
I am a truck driver waiting for my food at BP kewdale ..
They send a driver showing will reach there in 8 mins
I wait there for 40mins for him
And called restaurant manager again she was so rude to me and blame me that he came there …
I told her he must call me once he reach there and
I was shocked what she said
“ if driver will call u then you have to pay extra charges“..

I was like 😳😳😳
Seen this first time since i am in australia if driver will call u then u have to pay extra ..
Seriously
Will never order food from here will call my friends who order food from here will recommend not to visit here again …

Very very bad service I ordered my food by phone and needs to be delivered at bp kewdale but delivery driver haven’t deliver my order and moved to another location when i call to restaurant about this they give me another location to pick my food, why i pick my order from different location that was 8 minutes away from my location i am in the truck that is why I want to be delivered my order at bp kewdale
And they want extra charge if i want to be notify when delivery guy is at my location

Seriously extra charge for notify me

I eat my tiffin from here. It is very good and tasty and reasonable price. They charge 10 dollars for 1 sabzi and 4 roti. The quality of food is good.

Good authentic Punjabi food.

One of the most perfectly balanced meals I have ever eaten in regards to flavour. “Authentic and aromatic family recipes” must actually be true.
5 stars for sure, 6 is if I could.

Listed in Uber eats and Menulog but never accepts an order. If you cant deliver dont waste others time. I have tried four booking in last two weeks in menulog and uber eats, all cancelled

Very bad- We tried the below dishes that were part of the buffet deal. Didn’t take more pics as we lost interest after the first dish😒

Vada pav- this is no where close to a real vada pav. The so called vada pav was soaked in barbecue sauce.

Dahi Bhalla- this was flooded with raisins. Not sure who would enjoy that.

Chana Bhatura- this was not bad and the only average dish.

Pav Bhaji- bhaji was served raw and tangy. One mouth was enough to just get up and walk out.

Thumbs up for the prices but dishes were compromised. Happy to pay more for tastier dishes. Will not be returning again unfortunately! Even my 9yo thought the food could have been made better 😔
