This is my first bad review I have ever left anyone. I went back and forth about posting it but after a lot of thought, I think it would only benefit other parents who may be thinking of joining this "swim school." My kids had an absolutely horrible experience with British Swim School.
Would never recommend it. My toddlers classes were consistently being cancelled or moved to another (inconvenient) location. Not once did they have the same swim instructor, when they were meant to be with the same instructor every class. On many occasions, Instructors would call out sick 30 min before scheduled class time and we would receive a text while we were driving to class that it had been cancelled. Every class they had, they did the exact same "skill" and the instructor did nothing to progress them and get them to the next swim level. The different instructors every class had a lot to do with this because there was no communication about what eve each student was at or their progress. I gave my 30 day notice and paid for the remainder of the month even though my toddlers did not attend the classes. I was still charged outrageous charges to my credit card the following month. When I emailed BSS about it, as well as our experience, I got a one liner back, stating these charges were for the few days left in the 30 day notice policy (which were clearly calculated incorrectly). Aside from the inconsistencies, the instructors were very unprofessional and the facility itself was filthy. The changing rooms always stunk of urine. They were obviously not cleaning and maintaining as they should have.
Thankfully we found Goldfish swim school, can't say enough good things about Goldfish swim school. I just wish I had found it sooner!!

Their policy is not very friendly for family with little kids. Makeup is for a fee and only 7 days in advance. The management didn’t explain everything when enroll. Besides, some instructors are more caring than others. Our instructor, Eric, is nice and professional. He is the reason of the three-stars instead of lower. But we have met an instructor start late and end early, while there were only two kids in his class.

Outstanding facility, organization, and team. Josh is absolutely amazing as an instructor and he is great with multiple kids at a time. Highest recommendation for Josh. Unexpectedly, Josh has a great singing voice (he takes requests from the kids while he is getting them calm in the water…try to get your kids to request AC/DC - Josh has a great sense of humor). Josh is extremely aware of all the kids during class and safety is his highest priority. He has worked wonders with our kids - thank you Josh!

So happy we joined this swim program when my daughter was 6 months old she is 2 now and people have always been impressed with her love for the water, water safety (backfloat, holding onto the wall, using the stairs) the teachers are great. We recently enrolled my youngest baby as well. So thankful for this program yearlong! Perfect way to keep your kids busy, socialized, and following direction at a young age

Highly recommend! Mr. Justin has made my daughter super comfortable in the water and she loves going! I feel like she has real progress at this facility.

Since we progressed and are no longer in Mr. Josh's class (he was amazing!) I also want to shout out Mr. Hassan! My daughter has really bonded with her new teacher and her skills continue to develop.
