Forest Hill Apartments

The leasing/community management has engaged into dishonesty nontrustworthy fraud stealing tenants rent payments. Im serious do not deposit in night box a money order . The previous LM just left after I found out a MO was missing but, after I listen to the CM /LM not being an advocate no integrity for their tenants I suspect the two managers are criminal frauds. 1. The current manager tried to evict me using another person property manager license that doesn't registered.The CM lied saying my money order was rejected . Come on folks MO don't get rejected . Do not give them your rent money they have a reckless unfaithful reputation to be a representative for BGDM Incorporation.im sure after these alledged con artists read this review they will continue to create false complaints to conceal their allegations.

I got a 2 cousin’s and my uncle nd aunt that live over here. We dont ever really have a hard time at all finding this place or parking when we come to visit. Not too far where we live at either itss was about a 40-50 minute drive leaving from Charles county area

First I'd like to say if there's anyone looking to move I would highly recommend Forest Hill Apartments they are very respectable and always greet you with a smile they have truly made me feel like part of the family of Forest Hill Apartments any problems I've had they have went above and beyond to take care of the issues I'm so grateful to be living here as for the young lady Rina she deserves a promotion she has always made me feel so warm and grateful to be here all rental office needs someone like her

Tassia is the most reliable individual on your team. All needs have been met couldn’t ask for better service. If you spend anytime at that facility please ensure you ask for her.

Visited a friend a couple of weeks ago. Her apartment was nice and cozy , but definitely not worth what they're asking for in rent . Her one bedroom is over 1,500.a Month.

Forest Hill Apartment is good place to live the new manager Ms.Tassia has done a great job very professional,make sure all maintenance tickets are done and on time, great customer service thanks keep up the great work
