Ride got at the front desk completely ignored me and helped a white lady. It’s racism here all the staff are rude

Very nice,polite and friendly staff members in the entire building.
The unit manager and staffs on the 3rd floor are exceptionally very good,nice and helpful during my encounter with them.
I will highly recommend this facility to anyone for your love one.

This place is horrible! My loved one has been here for a few years and is deteriorating each time I see her. As family, all you can do is constantly visit, express your concerns and hope for the best care when you leave. Don’t listen to the hype or fake reviews of this place. These people cover up their abuse and have no real care for patients. We’ve had no success with her ins. on moving her to another facility.We recently discovered that she developed a bed sore that was not being treated, became infected and has gotten worse. (Emphasis on “we”, since we discovered it during a hospital visit and had to make them aware). Ridiculous! On top of that, the place is infected with mice, I have multiple photos of mice droppings in and around the dresser drawer next to her bed. (Which I will be posting next) Who knows what happens at night. Now my sweet grandma is in the hospital on her death bed, suffering from blood clots, (from not being moved around), starvation and continuous infections throughout her body that only resulted from lack of care! Awful place! You ppl better count your days! Believe in Karma, she’s never late and she’s never wrong! So sad how nurses/doctors get into this field of work and do the bare minimum! Every is documented! & Everything is seen by the most high! Again count your days!

Nurses are friendly and patient, therapists appear knowledgeable and caring. I visit my mother there usually 4 to 5 days a week and the staff is more than satisfactory. My mother is generally satisfied with her meals. Only downside I can see with the facility is thin mattresses and my mother has been there 5 days and I have yet to receive her daily schedule, (PT, shower schedule, and daily activities)

You only have one time to make a first impression and boy was I impressed. Courteous helpful staff from the moment I stepped in until I walked out. You guys could teach a class on customer service. What a shining example.

The staff at Serenity Rehab and Health are caring and attentive to their patients. The facility is clean and well managed. The meals are well prepared and healthy. Everyone was kind and courteous! I asked questions about the rehab process and procedures. They answered all my concerns. I believe and trust that Serenity will provide our family member with excellent professional care! I simply love how caring and welcoming the staff are. The faculty is clean and very inviting, and transferring my mom into Serenity was the absolute best decision I’ve made for her to continue her rehabilitation. She was previously in Unique Rehabilitation Center and that place was disgusting, the staff treated her horribly and I couldn’t rest until she was transferred to Serenity. Shaniqua, the Director of Admissions was absolutely a blessing to us because she made the transition go as smooth as possible. She amazing and very caring. She even prepared a welcome basket for my mom.
