I bought a Hoodie at the Store, but the Cashier didn’t removed the Anti theft protection. I only noticed that the next day when I wanted to wear the Hoodie. Since I had a full schedule I couldn’t return it the same day, which was a huge inconvenience, because I bought it due to cold weather. When I finally (2 days after the initial purchase) went back to the store the manager was rude and not understanding of my troubles. Bad customer service.

I love this brand but imo skip this store. You literally get no service there, some of the staffs were too busy checking social media on their phone to bother.

Terrible customer service from the manager! Definitely wont buy there! The lady had an awfull attitude!

Called the shop in the morning to ask if the had a specific model. The girl on the phone approved Ave slammed the phone in my face. Grabbed a cab to the shop. Turned out they don't have it. She didn't even check.

the biggest surprise / shock ever. i had bought a parka online. the size i got was too small. why? i had asked for it in the same size of a parka i had bought previously. anyways! the same parka i was returning at the store was $90. less than what i'd paid online. i know! 🙃 *poor guy who helped me was super nice but had no place to hide his face. #embarrassed

Great designer clothes & seem to be high quality & on the cheaper end of designer wear but I personally just couldn’t find the styles I wanted in the fit/sizes I wanted. Staff seemed nice but didn’t seem to do very much customer service/ helping customers find what they needed

Great selection of clothes, great friendly staff with customer service skills. Didn't pick out anything for myself but my wife got herself a new coat. We usually like the quality of this brand so knew it would be good, and it seems to be a little cheaper than in the UK so that was a nice bonus...
