Dizin Tourist Hotel

The hotel is unacceptable
The reception was treating me with ignorance
There was no concierge area to keep suitcases
The bell boy had broken my suitcase!
The was totally old and clearly dirty !
Shower water was super hot and curtain was rapped
Pillow was full of hair !!
The resultant just serve 5 type of meals , breakfast was a disaster , you need to pay for parking entrance and park your car in a public area!
The rooms are so noisy, and the voice clearly transfer , i couldn't sleep at all during my stay.
All in all try to eat out and just sleep on your own sheets .

The hotel is very bad and full of racism . We were two couples ( iranian + afghan ) and we all had our passport pix in the phone .. they checked in the iranian couple with the phone picture in which they asked them to go and print it in the main building… but for us they said its not allowed.. we waited the iranian couple untill they came back with the printed passport pic and checkin successfully without any problems . We here asked why did you let them checkin and ddnt allow us to!! They assumed that the manager refused … This is real racism and its a very rude manner from the hotel as we are tourists and we had kids along with us and we all should be treated the same …

Good 3 star hotel. Be aware of altitude sickness. Hotel complex has two buildings. Are not different in class. The personnel are not professional but are friendly.
The heating system is not controllable from inside room and the only way to get rid of extreme heat is to opening windows. While gasoline smell will enter the room.
House keeping level is modest and not desired.

Alright first of all do not listen to all of those negative remarks about this hotel. I also read those reviews & was very skeptical about this hotel so I took the risk. I stayed 3 days at hotel 1. The rooms heaters are very hot so I had to open the window. You do not get cold like that one review said. The sheets, pillows, towels are very clean. The showers & sinks get hot instantly. It honestly has all you need. Yes the hotel is 50+ years old. I’m not sure why they haven’t renovated the hotel. They really need to. You will see some old/ damaged parts of the room but whatever. You’re staying here to get up in the morning and shred the slopes. The restaurant downstairs is great. It has free breakfast in the morning which was good. It’s nice to just wake up & walk to the lift. Don’t listen to the stuck up Californians giving bad reviews. It’s fine!

The hotel has old building about 50 years ago which is back before Iran revolution. The facility are old but it’s still working. Some of the rooms has view to the piste with a balcony which you have access to your neighbor as well. According to to the ski resort hotel the quality of the service is so week but the price is not much expensive. The restaurant has good meals with good prices. There is plenty of chalet and villas other side of the resort which is mostly booked in advance during winter time.
My last stay in the hotel was on September 2020 during the pandemic corona and we were the only guest of the hotel in the weekday. I heard from the reception during weekend of the summer they have a few guest every week.

I stayed again in the winter , January 2021 with a couple of my friends. The crew were not organize and unfortunately the room service was not very good as people expect for a hotel inside of a ski resort. one the main think I saw in many of hotel recently is they dont have fresh coffee for breakfast. even in the restaurant of the hotel they serve instant coffee instead of espresso or Americano coffee which is make with coffee machine.

This is the place to be if you want to stay in Dizin itself. Ask for Dizin hotel 1 (hotel 2 is not yet renovated). Rooms are nice and the breakfast is good. They also have lockers for your skis and snowboards. Dinner isn't great.
