Shiraz Royal Hotel

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage, es hat eine schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung. Von aussen wie innen sieht das Hotel gut aus. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist ok, für 4* könnte es etwas besser sein, vor allem frische Säfte und eine anständige Kaffeemaschine. Im großen und ganzen sind bzw waren wir zufrieden, vor allem mit der Aussicht!

Reserved a room for my wife and son. The hotel is not what is shown in the pictures posted on several reservation websites. Room is clean and ok but there is excessive noise. When they asked for a different room, it was not even considered claiming all rooms are taken! We were given the wrong room and when complained, they gave us the correct room on the reservation. Front office / reception are not friendly at all, not expected for a hotel at this stat rating and location.. would not recommend at all.

The view is incredible and the location even more. We enjoyed it very much and price wise was very good ,it’s really cozy and family type and the staff was very friendly ,the pool was very good but the only problem was that they charged extra ,
overall it was really good and enjoyed it,

The most horrible place that you can stay, they are real chives, I arrived 1 am at last night, and check out today morning, I didn't have Iranian simcard and couldn't use phone of hotel or wifi of hotel to inform my family that I had arrived, I didn't have wifi connection and after keep me waiting 2 hours they finally said it's because my phone is iphone !!!😐, for breakfast there was no tea or coffee, they brought cold and dark tea to the table later that I finish my breakfast. they charged me 1000000 rial for drinking a small bottle of water from minibar in the room that is unbelievable!!! and for charging me for that they keep me waiting for 30 minutes while taxi was waiting for me and I had checked out few hours before, I was so unhappy about it and it was my first and last time staying in this hotel. for the hotel like that, I expected better services. very very very poor services and changing too much money for what supposed to be included!!!!! I am Iranian, lived in Shiraz for 4 years in the past and traveled to many countries, and it was my worst experience.
