St Ives Flower Village

Rang up from South Australia at lunchtime the day before Mothers Day: they delivered on time, with a spectacular selection of roses, lilies and natives that Mum gushed about. Thank you very much.

No customer service, poor quality, quantity and presentation was lacking. I ordered $100 worth online and my recipient received approximately $35- worth of old flowers, they started wilting the next day. The Gerberas were already wilted upon delivery. This used to be an amazing florist and have been buying from them for over 20 years. Not the case anymore.
Incredibly disappointed to say the least. Never again!

Spelt name wrong sent unopened flowers. Who wants Lilly buds for a birthday present. Poor service and quality.

Very good bouquet but overall organisation is lacking. I paid for my flowers and wrote down my name, and came to pick it up the next day with the receipt and the owner was trying to figure out for a while which one was mine. They had left out one specific flower I wanted but I didn’t make a fuss. Turns out they called me the next day and I did have the wrong bouquet but it was still lovely. Definitely needs some improvement.
