Used to be good! Like most Canadian retail it’s done down hill massively.
They go above and beyond to help you with your prescriptions, info on your meds and dealing with your coverages. Very friendly and professional.
The staff is very friendly and would assist you in your queries in a friendly manner. Not a full sized store, but they get the job done.

The pharmacy staff was excellent. They were exceptionally kind and compassionate on what was a very difficult day.
Was in today to get contact care, eye drops, and some scratch tickets. The lady behind the counter didn't put my stuff in a bag so when I asked for a bag she said with attitude I guess as she rolled her eyes at me then proceeded to toss my items into the bag.... IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN DON'T DO IT!!!! IF YOU JUST WANT TO SIT AROUND AND TALK TO YOUR COWORKERS GET A NEW JOB!!!!!!!!!! SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS A LITTLE BIT MORE RESPECT!!!!!! BECAUSE WE PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!!
I have been using Shoppers Drug Mart for at least a decade for my prescriptions. The staff at this location is particularly great.
