Pretty great plaza has everything you need. Like a one-stop shop. Lots of parking. The only issue is the alley there. There are lots of homeless and garbage in there. Doesn't look to appealing to the property. Otherwise, the plaza is great

A very calming place to sit when needed. Very open and there's a bunch of stuff to get and most is easy to find
Lots of great stores starting at Scotty's which is the best restaurant ever. They have Dollarama and Hakim Optical and they have Kentucky Fried Chicken and Wendy's this just has a lot going for it. Just watch out for the other drivers because everybody in that Plaza drives without any consideration for any other drivers.
