Work on your customer service. Phoned at 7.-15 booked for 7.45. Phoned back at 7.48 to ask where car was, told it was 8 minutes away. 5 minutes later got a call from the taxi driver who advised me he was 10 minutes away. I showed my frustration and was asked if I needed it still. Not good enough. Will not be using you again.
Price for any taxi/drive services has massively increased recently and we know why. But should the wheel bearings and suspension sound like it is falling off at any nearby time? Same old hack just more expensive.
Wonderful experience was very fair rates with really nice staff that are accommodating would highly recommend trying green taxi
