This place is disgusting and the staff are a nightmare and disrespectful. There was pee at the top of the play area, parents weren’t informed which is HORRIBLE and it took them 30 mins to clean it up because they told another parent they didn’t know where their cleaning supplies were. Urine is really unsanitary and could really harm kids especially if they have an open wound and it’s scary to think it took them this long to clean it up. As well as I witnessed the manager Jordanian believe was being so disrespectful towards the one parent, rolling their eyes and arguing with her. It’s your job to do things better and correct your staff when they’re being disrespectful. Absolutely disgusting and I will be calling the health unit to complain.

I can even begin to tell you of the fun my family and I had here. My two year old granddaughter had the time of her life. The place was clean, the atmosphere was lite hearted and fun and we had great eats. The pizza was to die for. The cheese amount was amazing and the thin cast made it less filling(see photos/video). The pop was a bit watered down however the over all experience was very enjoyable. They do have a hurricane booth type deal where the wind exceeds 78 mph. It's an amazing little ride for a toonie(see video). There's also an arcade for older kids. All the games we played thirty and forty years ago. Adults are free and children are aboot eight dollars. Slides, toys and more down at Adventures on Wonerland in London. A little bit of fun for everyone. Luv Malcom💪😎🤍Stay strong London.

Incredible amount of things for kids to do. Very reasonable price for admission. Parents can accompany toddlers on bigger activities. Staff were kind and informative. Was not busy at all on a school day around lunch time.

This place is a lot of fun if you have kids with lots of energy to burn off.

Been three times now and the staff seem excellent. And I’m sure the arcade and the older kid areas are great. My problem with the place is the little kid areas (underwater world and little kid play houses) they are just not clean. The underwater world area has so many toys that are broken or no batteries. So easy to just take those toys out/unscrew them from the wall. And the little houses area has barely any toys. My kids just sort of wandered around looking for the play food or dishes. There was one family already there who was playing with them all and kindly shared one plate and one play food item. Play food is not that expensive and it would be so easy for this place to purchase a few sets to make that area so much more fun for the kids.
Overall it’s a fun outing but ends up being a bit disappointing every time.

Yesterday, I took my nieces to a facility along with their dad. Upon arrival, the staff promptly took the payment and allowed us entry. Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk failed to provide us with any instructions or guidelines for the visit.

Inside, I noticed a board stating that only children below the age of 5 required supervision. Misinterpreting this information, I believed the facility was capable of supervising the children on their own. Thinking they would be in good hands, I told the kids we would be stepping out briefly for some shopping and would return soon.

Before leaving, I informed the lady at the front desk about our plan, and she agreed, seemingly without any concerns, and encouraged us to enjoy our shopping.

However, after some time had passed, the kids approached the front desk seeking permission to contact me on the phone. They used this opportunity to call their mother and inform her that they were left unattended at the facility. Understandably upset, their mother called me in tears, questioning why we had left the children unsupervised. Realizing our mistake, we immediately rushed back to the facility.

Upon our return, the staff informed me that they had reported the situation to Child Aid. Now, the parents are dealing with the consequences and facing considerable stress due to this incident. As a visitor from Alberta, I feel terribly responsible for the situation that has unfolded and want to support my cousins through this challenging time.

The unprofessional service provided by this facility has ruined my vacation and put a strain on my relationship with my cousins. I am receiving advice from friends and family to consider legal action against the facility once I return to Alberta.

At this point, my priority is to help my cousins navigate the situation and find a resolution with Child Aid. I understand the seriousness of the incident and the importance of taking responsibility for our actions. While seeking legal advice may be an option, I also want to explore other ways to support my family during this difficult period.

First, admission is easy and fast! Fee is average.

Second, toddler area have lots of toys and fun games. Has slides and ball pit. Your little one will truly enjoy. Large play area for toddlers.

On the other hand, the area needs a deep clean. It smells awful on our visit. The slides are fine but the plugs are not covered very well. There were lose cables which is a hazard for younger kids. I agree with the other reviewer the place has too much duct tape. The place could be updated and cleaned. The ball pit has so much dirt in between foams.

Third, customer service is great! Helpful and cheerful staff.

Fourth, the food is overprice. If you plan to come here make sure you come full. Food and drinks are not allowed inside for the safety of everyone.

Overall, our experience wasn’t that bad but could be better. Are we coming back? Maybe.
