Matelas recycle, infestation de punaise après achat. J ai contacter la protection du consommateur et santé canada.

Worst experience ever. First mattress arrived with a rip, the second was totally different from what i wanted, third delivery the bed was already sagging in the middle and smelt like cigarette smoke, the 4th delivery there was literally a hard object about 2'*3' on one side of the mattress just under the surface. At this point management stopped taking my calls and I had to hassle them to deliver the 5th bed, which came with holes in the seams and the foam on one side sinks much more than the other side. Do not buy from here.

Sans farce un très bon service la vente je la trouve vraiment d'un très bon prix en plus Chenda est vraiment très sympatique elle tient à coeur son client ça paraît très chaleureuse et d'une bonne approche. Et que dire de la livraison les 2 monsieurs on tout installer sans vraiment que je le demande oui j'ai rien eu à faire de la barre pour le sommier au protège matelas ils l'ont faits avec le sourire ils l'ont faits avec plaisir. Alors tout ça fait de ça 1 service compétent. Très agréable !!!!!
