National Express Coach Station

No functioning digital displays in 2024?! Maybe if it was 1984 this would be acceptable . No announcements, you’re just told could be gate a b or c on your ticket. Seems like they absolutely don’t care.

I love to travel with national express, very comfortable, reasonable fares , nice and helpful staff..
Mobile Charging service and open WiFi service available in every coach.

We caught a return coach from Manchester Airport. There were no digital signs from inside of the terminal building to say when the coach was arriving. The coach could enter any of the bays. The driver was polite and helpful. The coach had a toilet and sockets by the seats to charge your phone or other equipment.

Open easy to find from airport terminal, excellent signage to the coach/bus station, staff friendly professional service my national express driver was fantastic, excellent driver and an extremely smooth driver 👍

You can have your relaxation. Café available if you need a drink and a sandwich, cake etc. Tables and chairs to enjoy ur meal or snack

Completely bullet and bombproof with adequate strapping to keep you secure in your seat, which is heated and reclining. foot massager, USB ports, flat screen TV on the back of the seat in front of you whilst glasses of champagne randomly pop out of the armrest to orchestral song. will be using national express again!

1. Not allowing customers to buy tickets on the spot is the dumbest thing we have seen in an airport.

2. Website is not easy to use or ever buying on the spot tickets

3. No customers service on the spot at 7pm, no Kiosk to buy ticket either

There is never a way to know exactly when your flights will arrive, going through customs, so you cannot easily prebook the bus. Guess thats why more people using the train then the inconvenient bus.

In the end, we caught a nice spacious train instead
Someone should be fired in the customers acquisition department
