Perkins Hill Park

The kids enjoyed it a lot!

Great place for all skill levels and nice location.

Super fun for balance bikes for more experienced balance bikers. It's cement, so a fall means scrapes. Parking is street parking, but it's at the end of the street next to the highway, so not a busy road. Nice newer playground attached. I did not find the neighborhood "sketchy" at all on a weekday afternoon.

Awesome pump track! The team who did this really did a fantastic job!

Downside….The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. When leaving in our car last week, we almost got hit by an SUV traveling, probably close to 100 miles an hour on a local street adjacent to the track. The very next day we saw a truck on the same street adjacent to the park, traveling at a high rate of speed. I would not visit here in the evening.

Fun place! Nice bmx pump track made from asphalt and decent sized and tucked away in the city.

Review of the pump track - simple, awesome amenity, there were teens on scooters, moms on mountain bikes and kids on push bikes and everyone was able to enjoy it together!
