There is not technical support after 4 calls I realized this is like ghost company!!

poor service, training, onboarding and experience with a platform with limited capabilities. It took us 3 months for them to provide the complete documents to cancel with emails going unreturned. We went to Dialpad for the same price and better features. Avoid.

I had the worst experience with this company EVER. I would give negative stars if I could. It took months for them to set up our service correctly with MANY phone calls back and forth (all while we were paying for a service that was not available yet). The internet never got installed correctly. Terrible communicatio and could never get ahold of our account rep or got passed around on the service line (never offering a solution). Cancelled account as we were not able to use the service efficiently and now they want full payment on the account and are saying we never had any issues. BEWARE.

BCM One purchased Arena One. BCM ONE Sends bill, but can't do anything with the billing, as i am Arena one customer. Only way to reach Arena one is thru email. No response from them. I would not advise people to use them. They used to be good but now they really suck

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE company! We spoke to someone in December about changing services, sent the equipment back by end of January and despite our attempts at talking to them since, we continue to receive invoices every month. Now they are suing?! Why would we pay for a service we canceled? absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. If someone cancels a service- move on with your life. Maybe you should have been better at what you do so the customer would have stayed.

We have been using BCM One for our VOIP needs for over 4 years, and they have been really good. Call quality is excellent, account services are on point, tech support is responsive and knowledgeable, the admin portal is intuitive and straightforward. A very positive experience!
